"Rika....." A voiced whispered.

Rika shot her eyes opened and looked around her dark bedroom.

Nothing....

"Who's there!" She yelled. "Come out!"

"Rika.....i need your help....." It whispered.

"Who are you!" Rika glared. "And what kinda help..."

Before the creature could show  it self.....

Rika woke up...

"OOhh......" Rika groaned. "It was only a dream."

Rika pulled the covers off her and walked into her bathroom and started brushing her teeth.

' I wonder what that dream meant....'  She wondered.  ' Some sort of sign?.....hmmm'

Rika spat out the tooth paste and washed her mouth out with water.

' I wonder who she was....'   Rika dug into her closet for her uniform.  She was now in the 8th grade.  If there was a class for beating up kids Rika would get an A+. For her other  classes she wasn't doing so well.

Rika walked into the kitchen grabbed a pop tart and walked out the door.  She walked down the street to her school. She was just passing  Takato and Henrys school.  She wished she could go there. To wear whatever you wanted.  Rika hated going to an all girl school! well...it just wasn't  an all girl school. It was a school for girls to also learn how to be a  lady. As you can probably guess Rika was failing that class.
Rika stopped for a second and glanced at the school.  ' Its so small compared to our school...' Rika thought. Rika sighed and kept walking. She knew if she stayed any longer she would miss her bus.

"Okay girls." Miss miller smiled.  "Did everyone do their S.A on ' how to be a lady?'

'Hai!" They all said.

' Sadly yes...' Rika groaned.

"And you miss Nonaka?"  The teacher glanced at her.

"Yes miss Miller." Rika mocked.

"Good! now today class i'm going to put you into  groups of three. Each group is going to do project of your choice. It can be about japan , Canada, Mexico anywhere you please!"

"Can it be about animals!" A girl asked raising her hand.

"Sorry Diana."

"Awww!" The girl pouted.

"Now here are your groups.  Group one is  Aiko , Chrissy and Miko.  Group 2 is  Sakura , Shara , and Kimmy.  Group3 is  Kim, Leah , and Rika!"

"Noooo.....were dead." Kim and Leah groaned.

' Got that right.' Rika glared.

"Now now! okay next group is....."

After class...

"R-Rika?" Leah asked as she walked up to her.

"Yeah what?" Rika glanced over at her.

"Were going to study our project at the park ok?"

"On what?" Rika raised an eyebrow.

"Um...we don't know yet. But well brain storm. Cya!" Leah ran off.

Rika sighed. ' What a freak...'

3:20 PM

After school Rika stopped under a tree and sat down.  "Renamon!" She said sharply. The fox digimon then appeared up in the tree above her. Glancing down.

"Yes Rika?" Renamon asked.

"I had this strange  dream..."

"Oh..." Renamon said. "What about?"

"Something or someone said they needed my help....maybe even the others help too."  Rika looked up at her digimon friend. "Do you think it meant anything?"

"Maybe...." Renamon said.  "Dreams are always telling you something important."

"This dream just wont get out of my mind!" Rika was getting annoyed.

"Have you talked  about it with Henry?" Renamon asked.

Rika blushed.  "W-Why would i wanna talk about it with HIM?" Rika said trying to hide her red face.

"I dunno..." Renamon shrugged.  "Maybe because....."

"If you say that its because i like him your so wrong!" Rika barked at her.

" I was going to say because he's a good listener." Renamon grinned.  "But..."

"Don't finish that sentence Renamon!" Rika growled.

BEEP BEEP.

"Darn..." Rika looked at her watch.

"What is it Rika?"

"I have to meet some freaks at the park for a project..."

"On what?" Renamon asked.

"I don't know they'll brain storm." Rika mocked as she got up and walked off.

Renamon then disappears into the shadows..

6:50 PM

After Rika did a  little bit of work with Leah and Kim Rika went shopping with her grandmother. And on their way home Rika spotted Henry looking at a poster on a store window. She smirked and walked over.

"I thought boys only liked pictures of girls in bikinis..." She grinned.

"Rika!" Henry shot his head at her.  "Hey...hows it going?"

"Shopping." She groaned.

"All she wanted was jeans." Her grandmother smiled.

"Of course..." Henry chuckled.  "Say Rika......"

"What?"

"I'm on my way to the park to meet the others at the park. Did you wanna come with me?"

Rika glanced up at her grandmother.

"Go ahead honey." She smiled.

"Thanks Grandma." Rika grinned.

Ring Ring!

"Hello?....oh yes one moment."  Rikas Grandmother then handed her the phone. "Its for you Rika. Its your mother."

"Wonderful." Rika groaned and took the phone. "What?.....no mom i don't want any dresses!..........yes i'm sure!.....I don't care if it will help me find a boyfriend mom! i don't want any dresses!"  Rika then handed the phone back to her grandmother and walked off with Henry.

"Hello Makkino."   Rikas grandmother said.

"Hey guys!" Takato waved at Henry and Rika.

"Hey." Henry waved back.

"Hello Goggle head." Rika grinned.

"Heheh...." Takato blushed.

"I beat you again  Kenta!"

"AWww!!! noo!  i lost another card." Kenta dropped his head.

"Okay!" Kazu stood  up. "Who what's to play next!"

"I will be more then happy to beat you..." Rika crossed her arms  glancing at Kazu.

"Um......i uhh changed my mind!" Kazu quickly said.

Everyone laughed.

"Boys..." Rika rolled her eyes.

"Takato i want more bread!" Guilmon wined.

"I'm hungry too!" Terriermon said jumping up on Henrys shoulders.

"You just ate!" Henry told him.

"So....whats your point?....." Terriermon jumped off and looked at his tamer. "Momentai!"

Henry chuckled. "Well eat later Terriermon."

"Awwww ok...."

"So what's up guys?" Takato asked leaning against the fence that went around guilmons...*er* little house.

"Not you." Rika replied.

"Thats not what i meant!" Takato glared.

Rika just chuckled to herself.

' She laughed!' Takato thought.  ' she likes me....'

' Maybe i should tell them about my dream.....' Rika thought.   'But then again....it was just a dream. It cant mean anything.....can it?'

' Grrrr.....Takato made MY girl laugh.' Henry growled.  "What a second! did i just call her MY girl....?! omg.....i'm getting jealous!'

Silence....

*Cough cough*

"So....." Henry started. "What's new?"

"I got a new puppet!" Jeri beamed.

"Oh goody...." Rika groaned.  "Another puppet..."

Henry looked over at Rika and smiled. He knew Rika was not  all cold. He knew deep inside of her she was warm and kind. But there was something stopping those feelings from coming out. Henry knew talking to Rika may not help but...maybe saying-.....nah! he couldn't .....could he? Henry sighed. He could never stand a chance with Rika. Most guys who tried asking her out failed deeply. What would Rika possibly see in him?

Rika then looked at Henry. 'Why was he looking at me?....does he like me?' Rika thought with a hint of hope in her voice. 'Nah....why do i care? boys and relationships are just a waste of time. All that ' i love you' stuff and kissing....blah. Makes me wanna puke!' Rika sighed. 'But maybe....just maybe it would be nice to fall in love.'

Takato then looked up at Rika. She didn't seem to notice him looking at her though. ' Oooohh man! she's so cute! i just wanna hold her in my arms and tell her i love her all day long.' Takato got a goofy grin on his face. ' I bet she likes me....just how i like her. Ah yes..were a perfect match! she's my dream girl...'

' Takato is looking at Rika...' Jeri sighed.  'He likes her....and not me....ohhh.'

Renamon then appeared behind Rika and glanced down at the gloomy tamers.  "What's gotten into you guys? you look like someone ripped your hearts out."

"Its nothing Renamon." Rika said kicking the dirt.  "Were fine."

"PLAY!" Calumon cheered running around.  "PLAY! PLAY! PLAY! PLAY!"

Rika groaned and tighten her fists.  "Shut up Calumon!"

"Your not happy are you?" He sat down as his ears shrunk into his head.  "I know!" He jumped up on Rikas head.  "Lets play soccer!"

"Great idea." Rika said sarcastically. "And well use YOU as the ball!"

Calumon slumped back and fell onto the ground. "Ouch!..."

"Humph..." Rika glanced to her side.  ' What a freak...' she thought.

"Hey guys....how about we go and see a movie." Takato said trying to cheer up the group.

"Nothing good is playing." Jeri sighed.

"Yeah. All Jeri wants to see is something with pink unicorns and happy fairy tails." Rika smirked.

"Thats not true....." Jeri mumbled.  "Rika why are you so mean!"

"Because i just em." Rika replied shutting her eyes.

"Why don't you try and be nice." Jeri asked her.

"I will when your not so weak..." Rika replied in her usual tone of voice.

Jeri was taken back by Rikas words.

"All you do is worry! you have to be tough! not be all soft....if you be that way your going to end up being a weak tamer."

"I will try harder..." Jeri looked down.

"I'm sure...." Rika stood up.  "I will you all later...." She walked off.

Everyone just sat there and said nothing for the rest of the day.

Rika had her hands shoved in her  pocket walking down the street. Thinking about her dream...and about Henry. Somehow he was different from other boys. Rika wasn't sure what yet. But....she just knew that he was different. As Rika came across a corner she bumped into someone and fell on her butt.

"Ow! watch where your going you freak!" Rika yelled.

"Rika...." The voice sounded surprised.

"Yes wha-...." Rika trailed off when she saw who it was.  "R-Ryo. Its you!"

"Yeah. Are you okay?" Ryo asked helping her up.

"Yeah...fine." Rika  was still surprised to see him. "What are you doing here?"

"My mom and dad moved back here." He smiled. "Cool huh?"

Rika  frowned. "Cool or not you still dumped me."

"I was crazy Rika! give me another chance." Ryo pleaded. "I promise i wont ever leave you!"

Rika huffed and just kept walking. "Thats what you said last time."

"Wait!" Ryo ran in front of her blocking her patch.  "Please let me explain!"

"Ryo drop it! i'm not going out with you again!" Rika said trying to get pass him. But he kept  blocking her way.

"Get out of my way Ryo!" She growled.

"Rika please! lets talk." He begged.  "Please!"

Rika groaned and looked to her side.  "Ryo...whatever you say  wont ever change my mind."

"Is there another man in your life?" Ryo demanded. "Tell me!"

"Its none of your business!"  Rika glared.

Ryo then took Rikas hands into his own forcefully.

"Rika i was wrong to leave you! your the most beautiful girl in the world! and i love you!"

Rika just looked away from Ryo. Hoping he would let her go any time soon.  But he didn't.

"Please Rika!" He begged. "Give me another chance."

Rika then broke from Ryos grip.  "No! now leave me alone!" And with that Rika walked off.

' I will win you Rika.....' Ryo glanced at the direction Rika left in.  ' Just you wait....'

Rika sat on a bench under an orange sky. The sun was just going down. Rika sat with her arms crossed and her eyes closed. Thinking about the past and future.
 

FLASH BACK

"Rika."  Ryo asked his girlfriend softly.

"Yeah?" Rika smiled.  "What is it Ryo?"

"My family and i are moving....." Ryo rubbed the back of his head. "And......um......."

"Moving?!" Rika stood up. "Where?!?"

"Hong Kong." Ryo replied.  "And Rika..."

"Yeah?"

"I don't want to keep a long distance relationship so......i have to break up with you."

Rika got a look of horror.  "W-What...."

"I'm sorry Rika." Ryo looked down sadly.

"I cant believe this!" Rika stood up and started to run. "I hate you!" She shouted.

Ryo sighed sadly.  ' Rika.......'

END OF FLASH BACK!

' What a jerk...' Rika thought.  ' he never loved me.....never ever!' she sighed.

"Rika?"

Rika snapped out of her thoughts and saw Henry standing in front of her.

"What do YOU want?" Rika glared.

"I'm worried about you."  Henry replied. "Are you okay?"

' He's worried about me?' Rika questioned.  ' He so nice....even after how i treat him.'

"Yeah i'm fine..." Rika forced a smile.

' She smiled...'  Henry thought.  "You have a beautiful smile." realizing what he just said Henry slapped his hand over his mouth.

Rika looked up at him and giggled.

"What's so funny?" Henry sat beside her.

"Nothing...." Rika looked at her feet.

"Has something been bugging you?" Henry asked worriedly.

"Its just uhh......"

"Yeah?"

"I been having this weird dream lately...."

"Oh? what about?" Henry asked her.

"This girl....asking for my help."  Rika seemed to be confused about her dream.  "Every time i'm about to see her face....i wake up."

"Hmmmm that does sound weird...." Henry rubbed his chin. "I wonder what it means."

"I'm sorry.." Rika looked away.  "It was stupid."

"Not at all." Henry waved his hands in front of his face.  "I think your dream probably meant something."

"Think so?" Rika looked back at Henry.

"Yeah." Smiled Henry.  "I do think so."

Rika smiled back at him.  ' He's so sweet....'

' She's so beautiful....' Henry thought to himself.  ' Ohh.....she would never wanna go out with me.'

They then leaned in closer.....and closer....slowing closing their eyes

"Hey Henry!" A voice called.

Rika and Henry quickly sat up and acted as if nothing had happened.

' Stupid Takato...' Rika growled.

"Hey Takato..." Henry smiled at his friend.  "What's up?"

"Nothing! we were all gonna go get some ice cream. Did you want to come?"

"Sure! what about you Rika?"

"Nah..." She shook her head.  "I gotta get home."

"Well.....ok." Henry stood up and walked off with Takato.  "Cya later Rika."

Rika sighed.  ' I was so close!....wait! why do i care? i mean he was about to kiss me! eww!!!! Henry Wong was about to.....*sigh* kiss me!.... hmmm'  Rika stood up and walked home.

7:53 PM

Rika shut her sliding door behind her and fell onto her bed.

"Hello Rika." Renamon greeted as she appeared behind the sleepy girl. "Your going to bed early."  Rika groaned. "I'm not going to bed! i'm just lying down for a moment..."  "Whatever you say Rika..." Renamon sighed as she disappears into the shadows.  As Rika just about fell asleep she heard a voice say... ' You've got mail!  You've got mail!'

Rika sat up slowly and saw a little window pop up on her computer screen.  "I got e-mail..." Rika was surprised.  "Wow its a first..."  Rika walked over and clicked on the  button where it said  ' check mail'  ' Probably more junk mail....' Rika thought. Then the e-mail popped up in  huge black letters.  It said :

Dear child,

I cannot tell you my name...but i can say what i need from you. The digital world is in need of your help. Meet me by the small lagoon in the park at 9:00 tonight for more details.

Rika then closed the e-mail down and thought for a moment.  ' Should i really go? or is this some trick....'  "Renamon!" She called.   Renamon then appeared behind her.  "Yes Rika?" She asked.  "I got an e-mail from someone about meeting them at the park...they said it was about the digital world....should i go?"  Renamon thought for a moment.  "Maybe you should. But just in case i will go with you."

"Ok." Rika looked at her watch. '7:55 PM' she thought.  "Well we  still  got lots of time."

"Maybe you should call and ask the others to come too." Renamon suggests.

"Maybe..." Rika fell onto her bed.  "I don't even know if i should go at all. What if its a trick?"

"And what if its not?" Renamon asked.  "Its pretty rude to keep people waiting."

"How do you know its a person?" Rika sat up looking at Renamon. "It might be a digimon."

"Well we wont know if we don't go." Renamon told her.  "So what do you think?"

"I don't know Renamon..." Rika sighed.  "I don't want to put myself at risk."

"Don't worry Rika." Renamon said. "I will protect you."

Rika gave Renamon a small grin. "Thanks."

"So....?"

"I'm gonna go Renamon." Rika said.

"Good." Grinned Renamon.  "Well see what this thing wants together."

Rika nodded. "I will call Henry and the others too."

Renamon nodded.

9:00 PM
PARK
 

"Its nine." Takato looked at his watch.

"No shit sherlock.." Rika glanced to her side.

"Hey!" Takato waved his arms around at Rika in anger.

Henry chuckled.  "Your  such a bully Rika..."

"I know." Rika grinned.  "And feel mighty proud of it."

Henry smiled.

"You came..." Said a soft voice.

They all jolted around to see a woman with long silver  hair wearing a purple  dress with green eyes looking at them.

"Who are you!" Rika demanded. "Tell me!"

"A demanding little one aren't    you?"

"You have no idea..." Takato  frowned.

"Shut up!" Rika glared at Takato.

The woman chuckled.

"My name is Steena. The spirit guardian of the digital world. Like Gennai i look after it and make sure no one harms it. But a evil force so great has come that i cant even defeat it." Steena sighed.  "I have brought you here because you are the only ones who can defeat such evil. You and your digimon have the power to save the digital world."

"How?" Takato asked.  "I mean if you cant beat it what makes you think we can?"

Steena smiled. "I know you can. You and your digimon have something special. Something that gives you team work...and friendship."

"Oh brother..." Rika rolled her eyes.

"So do you choose to accept your quest?" She asked them.

"Guys?" Takato turned to the group. "What do you think?"

"I'm in!" Henry winked.

"Me too!" Jeri smiled.

"Don't  you dare leave me out!" Kazu tighten his fists. "Lets do it baby!"

"What about you Rika?" Takato smiled at her.

"Hmph...." Were the only words that came from Rikas lips.

"Rika?" Henry asked her.

"Sure i'm in." Rika smiled.

' WHA?!  she answers Henry but not me!? ' Takato freaked.

"So you accept?" Asked Steena.

"Yep! don't you worry Steena well save the digital world!"

"Good. Meet here tomorrow morning."  And with that Steena dissapred.

"I guess we better  tell our families before we leave." Kazu shrugged.   "Don't want them to worry."

"What should we tell them?" Jeri asked.

"I dunno....say your going on a trip to mars." Kazu replied.

"If you told your parents that they'd actually believe you."  Rika gave Kazu a weird look.

"Hey!"

Everyone laughed.

"So guess well see you all tomorrow." Jeri smiled.

"Yeah cya." Kazu left.

"Bye." Takato walked off as well.

"Well......bye." Henry gave a smile at Rika and left.

"Bye..."    ' Henry.....' she smiled.

Henrys family.....
 

"Hey dad?" Henry walked into the computer room where his dad was typing.   "Hey Henry." He smiled at his son. "Something up?"

"Yeah...." Henry put his hand behind his head.  "tomorrow i'm going on a little trip..."

"Where?"

"Uhhh.....um."

Henwy!" Suzie called as she ran into the room.  "Look! i made Tewwiermon all pwetty!"   Suzie had put Terriermon in a Tutu and had used her mothers make-up on his face.

"Oh uhh.....looks nice."  Terriermon was giving Henry a  ' help me look.'

"Time for a bath!" Suzie sang as she ran out of the room with Terriermon.  Henry chuckled and looked back to his dad who was waiting for an answer from his son.

"I have to go back to the digital world." He  finally said.

"Huh? but i thought..."

"I thought so too...but something else is wrong and we  can only fix it....so i might be gone for awhile."

His  dad thought for a moment.  "Well.....i don't want your mother to worry again but....i will do what i can. Please be careful."

"I made it threw last time...and i will do it again this time."

His dad nodded.  "Good luck Henry."

"Thanks dad."

Takatos Family...
 

"YOUR WHAT?!" His mother screamed.

"Going back to the digital world." Takato replied.  "There is a new danger and we need to fix it!"

"I cant let you go!" His mother cried.  "I was so worried last time you went! i cant bare to let you go again!"

"Mom! understand! i was able to look after myself last time!"

"He has a point." Said Takatos dad.  "Takato is well grown up and can look after himself."

"But-"

"Mom  i'm not a little boy anymore! i'm in 8th grade!" Takato  yelled.  "I can look after myself! just trust me on this!"

"How much bread do you need to pack?" She wiped tears showing a smile.

"ALOT...." Takato grinned.

Rikas Family....
 

Rika  walked down her dark hall way and peeked around to corner to find her mom and grandma talking in the kitchen. Rika didn't know if she should tell her mom she had to leave again. Ah who cares! this was Rikas business. It was no business of her mothers. Rika turned around and started to walk down the dark hall way only to be stopped by Renamon.

"Rika your mother has the right to know your leaving. You don't want her to worry do you?" Renamon asked softly..

"Who cares! she can worry all she wants! this is my business not hers!" Rika shoved her way past Renamon and went to her room. Renamon sighed at her tamers behavior. Her mother would be worried sick if she didn't know were Rika was.  ' Ever since Ryo broke up with her she lost the warm feeling...' Renamon sighed again and disappeared  into the shadows.

Rika slumped against her sliding door and looked at a picture as tears came streaming down her face.  "Ryo you jerk....how could you leave me! now i will never trust another boy!" Rika sobbed as she tore up the picture of  Ryo. (A/N: THIS WILL NOT BE A Rika/Ryo fic!)  'You moron....you.....you......' Rika dropped her head and just cried. This was the first time in a very long time she has ever cried. Rika always kept her feelings inside but now...they were coming out clear.  Renamon watched Rika in the shadows. She knew why Rika was so sad. When Ryo broke up with her Renamon could remember Rika coming home crying and locking  herself in her room for 2 days. She was so hurt.  After she came out from her room her attitude changed from a sweet caring girl back to a cold-hearted girl. Never wanting to trust another boy. Renamon knew one day she will find a boy who will always love her and never leave her for any reason, and Renamon had a feeling that day would be very soon.  ' Just you wait Rika. You will find a boy who will always love you...'  Renamon then disappeared leaving Rika alone.

Next day....
 

Everyone but Rika was sitting around and waiting.

"Where is she?" Takato looked at his watch.  "She's late."

"Maybe she slept in." Kazu shrugged.

"Maybe..." Henry yawned.

"Do you think she's okay?" Jeri asked worriedly.

"I bet she is." Takato smiled. "Don't worry."

"Hey!" A boy came running up to them.

"Who are you?" Takato asked.

"I'm Ryo." He replied.  "Are you friends of Rika?"

"Kind of....." Kazu made a goofy face.

"Kind of?" Ryo raised an eyebrow.

"Yes we are!" Jeri smiled.  "Why? did you wanna talk to Rika?"

"Yeah i do." Ryo nodded his head.

"Just how do you know her?" Henry asked feeling a little jealous.

"We use to date." Ryo replied surprising everyone.

"What?" He asked the shocked group. "Was it something i said?"

"YOU and RIKA use to DATE?!" Takato shouted.  "No way!"

"Believe it or not goggle head its  true..." Said a gloomy voice.

"Rika!" Jeri smiled. "Hi!"

Rika just huffed in annoyance.  "What do YOU want Ryo?"

"Rika we have to talk." Ryo walked up to her.

"I don't want to talk! now leave." Rika walked past Ryo.

"Rika!" Ryo grabbed her hand.  "Wether you like it or not were gonna talk this out NOW!"

"No!" Rika snatched her hand  back.  "Now leave me alone!"

"Rika please..." He begged.

"NO! NOW GET LOST!" Rika shouted angrily at him.  "I never want to see your face again! i thought i made that clear a year ago!"

"Rika it wasn't my fault!" Ryo shouted back.  "I had to move to china!"

"Yes it was your fault!" Rika shouted even louder then before.   "We could of kept in touch but no!! you have to dump me!"

Everyone stood there stunned at the two fighting. They never knew Rika had a relationship with Ryo.

"Come on Rika! i still love you!"

"Well i don't love you anymore!" She yelled almost in tears.  "Now go!"

"But-.."

"Ryo." Henry spoke up.  "If you truly love Rika you will just leave her alone. After all thats what she wants."

"But....but....."

"Ryo.....i'm sorry. But we just weren't meant to be...."  Rika spoke in a low whisper.

Ryo was slince for a moment.

"If thats what you want...." He said sadly. "Then i will respect your wishes."

"I'm sorry..."  Rika looked away.

Ryo then gave a weak smile at Henry. "Look after her for me." He winked and then walked off.

"............" Henry had a blank look on his face.  ' Look after her?'

"Ugh.....can we go already!"
 

Steena then appeared above them.  "Are you all ready?"

They nodded.

"Very well." She smiled.  "But before you go...here"  Steena dropped a map in front of them.  "This will help."

"What is it?" Henry picked it up.

"A map to the evil digimon castle." She replied.  "As you can see on the map you will have to travel threw a forest and across the ocean to Black island. Now  everyone hold on."

"FLASH"

"Whoooaaaaaaaaa!!!"  They landed in a  green field one on top of another.

"Ow my legs!" Takato cried in pain.

"We need a better way of getting here." Terriermon mumbled from under the pile of tamers.

"And one more thing." Rika said.

"What?" Henry asked.

"GET OFF ME!!!!" She yelled.

Everyone then stood up quickly.

"Thank you." Rika stood up and  dusted herself off.

"So what now?"  Guilmon asked. "Do we get to eat?"

"No." Takato chuckled.

"What does the map say?" Asked Leomon.

"Lets see." Henry looked the map over.  "Says here its a half -hour walk to the forest we need to go threw."

"Awwwwwwww!" Everyone groaned.

"Lets play!" Calumon said excitedly.  "That will get us going!"

"We don't have time for that." Jeri smiled.  "Sorry Calumon."

"Awwww...." He sat down.

"Before we leave lets eat!" Kazu grinned.  "I'm so hungry!"

"When aren't  you?" Rika rolled her eyes.

"Shut up!"  Kazu glared.

"Why don't you make me!" Rika took a step towards Kazu.

"I think i will!" Kazu raised his voice.

"Knock it off you guys!" Takato stepped between Rika and Kazu.

"Yeah this is not the time to be fighting." Jeri added.

"Lets play!" Calumon laughed.

"No Calumon!" Rika barked.  "We don't have time to play!"

"Awww.....none?"

"Sorry..." Takato said.

"Lets juest start walking and well eat later." Guardromon said.  "We must not waste any time."

"Right."  Then the group started walking.

20 minutes later....

"Are we there yet?" Kazu wined.  "My feet are killing me...."

"We only been walking for 20 minutes!"  Rika looked at the tired boy.

"well i wanna stop and rest!" Kazu fell on his butt.

"Okay well stop and rest." Takato sat on a near by rock.  "Does anyone want anything to eat?"

"I do! i do!" Guilmon raised his hand. (?)

"I know you do." Takato laughed.  "Anyone else?"

"I'm hungry!" Kazu jumped up.

"Me too." Jeri smiled warmly.

"How about you Henry?" Takato smiled and looked to his friend who seemed to be busy looking at Rika who was lost in her thoughts.

"Hello?" Takato asked again.  "Earth to Henry! come in!" Takato waved his hand in front of his face.

"Huh-wha?" Henry snapped out of it.  "What?"

"Do you want anything to eat?"

"No." Henry shook his head and went back to looking at Rika. Takato noticed this and turned on a jealous look.  'He's looking at MY girl!'  He growled. Because Jeri was right beside Rika she thought Henry was looking at her.  ' Oh Henry and Takato like me!' she giggled.  'How cute. Well boys sorry there is only one Jeri to go around.....heheh..calm down Jeri!' she told herself.

"Beautiful day..." Jeri  spoke up  trying to start a conversation.

"Yes it is beautiful..." Takato agreed. "I never seen anything more beautiful."

"Iv seen  better..." Henry said still looking at Rika.

"Oh like what?" Takato asked.  He knew what Henry was  talking about. He just wanted to hear Henry say it.

"Takato can we eat now?" Guilmon asked.

"Oh yeah!"

2 minutes later...
 

"I'm full!" Kazu fell back and put a hand on his stomach.

"Me too!" Jeri smiled.  "That was a great meal."

"Wheres Rika?" Henry looked around.

"Shes up there." Renamon pointed up at Rika who was on top of a high rock.

"I'm going go see her." Henry stood up and climed up the rock wall to see Rika.

"I think Henry likes someone!" Terriermon sang.

"Love! love!" Calumon giggled.

"How cute." Jeri smiled.

' Hes gonna hit on her!' Takato growled.  'I just know it!'

When Henry reached the top he saw Rika standing up looking down at the view. She looked like she was upset about something. This worried Henry.  So he walked up to her and put a hand on her shoulder making her jump a mile.

"Whoa!" Henry stepped back.  "Easy Rika! its me."

"Don't do that!" She barked.

"I didn't mean to scare you." He said softly. "Are you okay?"

"I wasn't scared! and second...." Rika looked back to the view.  "I'm fine."

"You don't seem  fine." He walked up beside her.  "Why don't you tell me what's bothering you. It might help."

Rika  sighed.  "No its stupid..."

"I bet its not." Henry assured her. "Besides you were right about your dream."

Rika knew Henry had a point. But she wasn't gonna let him on.......yet.

"Come on..." Henry sat Rika down beside him. "Tell me what's wrong."

Rika sighed.

' Should i really tell him? tell him i might.....might.....'  Rika shook her head in frustration. She couldn't even think it.

"I don't know Henry....." Rika  glanced to her side.

"Come on Rika...you can tell me."

Rika then took a deep breath.  "Ok."

"I.....I  think......I...I'm......"

"Pretty? yes i know." Henry smiled.

"Henry!" Rika blushed.

"What?" He laughed.

"What i'm trying to say is.....kinda difficult." She looked down. "I just don't know how to say it."

Rika then looked into Henrys eyes.  'Huge mistake.'

"Henry i....."

"Yes?" His face got closer to hers.

"I.......I.......I"

Their faces got closer and closer. Then finally met in a kiss. Rika was so shocked. Did Henry just kiss her? man this had to be some dream! it just had to be. If it was. Rika wished she would never wake up again.  Henry was even surprised himself.  He ever so slowly wrapped his arms around her waist pulling her much closer. What really took Henry off guard was when he felt Rikas tounge slide into his mouth.

' Omg! omg! omg! omg!'  He thought.  ' Shes french kissing me!'

Sadly the kiss broke. Both blushing deep red.

"I love you." Rika finally said.

"I love you too." He said as he pulled her face into another kiss.

"Hey guys we should- WHA!!!!!!"  Takato  face went into total shock at the site of Rika and Henry kissing.  "WHAT THE HELL!!!"

Rika and  Henry broke to see Takato watching them  with a look of shock on his face.

"Oh no..." Henry whispered.

"Goggle head?" Rika  questioned.

"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU GUYS DOING!!?" He yelled.

"Before you came we were kissing you dork." Rika said rather sharply at him.

"BUT......BUT HOW? WHEN? WHERE? WHO? WHY!!" Takato was shouting questions at them and wanting answers. "TELL ME WHY!"

"I think its pretty clear." Henry took Rikas hand into his own. "Were in love."
 

"Your kidding?" Takato walked toward them. "PLEASE tell me your kidding!"

"No." Henry looked at Rika. "Were serious."

"So don't tell anyone!" Rika warned him.

"They have a right to know!" Takato crossed his arms.  "We cant keep any secrets in this group!"

"Takato is right." Henry held Rikas hand tighter.  "We cant keep this a secret forever."

"We could of if goggle head didn't come up here."  Rika glared at Takato.

Takato glared back.  "Well i didn't know you guys were kissing!"

"Stop it you two!" Henry looked between Rika and Takato. "Fighting is not gonna help."

"It works for me...." Rika mumbled.

"Nothing works for you Rika!"

"Leave Rika alone!" Henry glared at Takato.

"Why don't you?"  Takato yelled at him.

"Make me!" Henry jumped at Takato pining him on the ground getting ready to punch him.

"Henry!" Rika yelled. "Stop!"

But the two boys just kept fighting.  No matter what Rika said  Henry could not hear his true loves words.

They rolled closer and closer to the edge of the rock.  (almost the size of a cliff)

"Henry!!" Rika shouted. "Stop!"

Takato threw a punch at  Henry but he  blocked it and punched him. Henry then pushed Takato off of him and stood up.

"Had enough?" Henry roared.

"You wish." Takato stood up.

"Help!" a voice screamed.

Henry and Takato looked to were Rika was standing and  saw her behing held by a digimon.

"Rika!"   They both yelled.

"Let her go!" Henry yelled.  "I'm warning you!"

"Ooooohh i'm sooooooo scared!" The digimon chuckled.  "You foolish humans will never learn...."
 

"DIAMOND STORM!"

"Oh that tickels!" The digimon grinned.

"Renamon!" Rika yelled. "help me!"

"Don't worry Rika!" Renamon called to her. "Well save you!"

"Oh look at the time! we must be going." The digimon then disappeared  with the screaming Rika.

' Rika.....' Henry looked up. ' Come back.....'

"Don't be so hard on yourself Henry." Jeri said in a soft tone of  voice.  "Its not your fault."

"Yeah...momentai Henry." Terriermon jumped on Henrys head.

"We will find a way to get Rika back." Renamon appeared behind Henry.  "As Rikas guardian its my job to protect her."

"We don't even know were to start looking." Kazu said. "How will we ever find her?"

"And second we don't know who that digimon was." Guardromon added.  "I never seen him before."

"I have." Leomon said.  Everyone gasped and looked at Leomon.

"Who is he Leomon?" Jeri asked.

"His name is Dimimon. A slave to DarkLizardmon."

"Whos he?" Kazu asked.

"DarkLizardmon lives in a castle on Dark island.  In the legend it is said that attacks wont hurt him. But  a digital princess who falls in love with a young boy can kill DarkLizardmon."

"What are we suppose to do? look all over the digital world for a princess and some kid?" Henry asked.

"We don't have time!" Takato stood up. "Rika needs us!"

"Yes." Renamon agreed.  "Let us get going. We have a long way to go."

When Rika awoke she was on a soft Queen-size bed. She looked around the room. It seemed like one of those rooms a princess would live in.  Huge wide windows. Red  curtains and a hard cold stone floor. The room was huge. It was bigger then the living room of Henrys apartment. Of course Rika never been to Henrys house. So who was she to judge?

"I see your awake..."

Rika swung herself around. "Who are you?!" She demanded. "Why did you bring me here?!"

"You will learn who iam soon enough." He replied with a smirk.  "I brought you here to be our beloved princess."

"Princess?" Rika exclaimed.  "You have GOT to be kidding!"

"No. You will stay here forever and be our princess."

"I don't want to be your princess!" Rika shot at him sharply.

"If you refuse i will have your friends killed." He growled.

Rika went pale as a ghost.  "Killed?"

"Yes! now lets try this again. Are you going to be our princess?"

Rika took a deep breath and nodded.

"Good...now Pajirmon will be here shortly to help you look more like a princess." He then disappeared laughing.

Rika sighed sadly.  ' Henry help me....'

"Look!" Kazu pointed. "That must be the forest we pass threw."

"Yeah. Evergreen forest." Jeri beamed. "It looks beautiful."

The tamers then walked into the forest.

"I hope Rika is okay..." Henry sighed. "I miss her."

"Don't worry Henry." Jeri said trying to be cheerful.  "I'm sure Rika is fine."

"How do you know for sure?" Henry asked.  "They could be hurting her as we speak."

"We cant speak like that." Renamon said softly.  "We must have faith."

"We should rest here for the night." Leomon said.

"Good idea." Jeri yawned. "I'm sleepy."

"Me too."  Kazu sat down on a log.

"I want to keep looking for Rika." Henry looked  up noticing the sun was going down.

"Henry its getting late." Terriermon jumped on his shoulder.  "Momentai..."

"Oh momentai yourself!" Henry snapped.  "I'm too worried about Rika."

"Don't worry Henry." Renamon told him softly. "Rika can look after herself."

"What if that digimon....hurts her?" Henry couldn't even bare thinking of it!

"What did we say?" Leomon spoke up. "Don't think like that."

Henry sighed. "I'm sorry...."

"Its okay Henry." Takato sighed also. "Were all worried about her."

"Rika....." a tear fell down Henrys cheek.

No one got any sleep that night....

Next day
 

"You have got  to be kidding!!!" Rika freaked. She looked in the mirror and saw herself wearing a long white dress with beautiful Japanese  flowers on the side. She wore white heels golden ear rings, white sleeves with  Chinese flowers. (A/N you know like the sleeves Renamon wears?) . And her body guard  Pajirmon came into her chambers holding a brush.
"Sit down." She said softly.  Rika groaned and sat in a chair.  "I look silly!"

"Nonsense!" Pajirmon said as she began to comb her hair.  "You look beautiful."

"I say i look silly!" Rika mumbled.

"Now, Now princess!" Pajirmon set the brush down and took a golden tiara  and placed it on Rikas head. "There. You look perfect!"

"How is everything going?" The digimon walked into the room.

"Your grace she is now a princess." Pajirmon bowed.

"You look lovely my dear." The digimon grinned.  "Good job Pajirmon."

"Anytime."

The digimon took another look at Rikas beauty and left.

"Who is that digimon?" Rika asked.

"You will learn soon child." Pajirmon replied softly.  "Now lets go out for a walk."

"Ok." Rika stood up and was followed out by Pajirmon.

The four tamers have been walking for seems like days. They have gotten out of the forest and were walking across a land filled with nothing but sand. Not a living thing in site. The Tamers stopped in their tracks when they saw a small village.

"Hey look!" Jeri yelled. "A village!"

"No  duh!" Kazu shot back.

"Who do you think lives there?" Henry asked.

"That must be the Viximon village!" Renamon exclaimed. "Its been so long..."

"This was your home?" Takato asked.

"Yes." Renamon nodded. "This is  where  i was raised until i digivolved into Renamon."

"Wow.." Jeri exclaimed.  "The village is so pretty!"

"Renamon!" A Viximon came up to her excitedly.  "Is it really you?"

Renamon nodded as a bunch of  Viximon gathered around.

"Your so tall!" One of them said.

"Your looking great Renamon!" Said another.

"Thank you." Renamon grinned.

"Why don't you all stay for the night!"  Viximon asked cheerfully. "We have more then enough food and water for all!"

"Yeah!" Everyone cheered.

"Thank you Viximon." They all said.

"Your welcome!" All the Viximon replied.

"Your highness it is time we  visit the villages." Pajirmon said.

"Why?" Rika asked.

"You need to know what villages you are going to rule." Pajirmon replied.

"What Village is first?"

"The Viximon  village."

' Viximon....'  Rika questioned.

"Flymon! i want you to fly to the Viximon village and tell them her royal highness Princess Rika is coming." Pajirmon ordered.

Flymon nodded and zoomed off.

"Pajirmon i don't understand something."

"What is it my lady?"

"If  i'm a princess whos the Queen?"

"You will be Queen when you are married to Darklizardmon."

"W-What..." Rikas skin paled. "Married?"

"Yes."

"I don't want to be married!" Rika crossed her arms.  "I refuse to be married to a digimon!"

"Well talk about this later my lady. Right now we must go."  Pajirmon then helped Rika into the dark carriage but instead of horses it was two dark digimon called  "Dark Unimon."  Once Rika got in they flew off  Dark island and headed for Viximon village.
(A/N : Sorry is this  don't make any sence.)

The tamers were all outside eating when a very excited Viximon came running up to them.

"She's coming! She's coming! She's coming! She's coming!" The digimon was jumping up and down with excitement.

"Who Viximon?" Renamon asked.

"The new Princess of Dark island!" The digimon replied.  "I cant wait! she's coming! she's really coming!" Viximon then ran off to tell more of the other Viximon about the exciting news.

"Princess?" Takato looked confused.  "A  digimon princess?"

"Probably." Kazu shrugged.  "I don't think they would have a  human princess."

"I wonder what shes like." Jeri wondered.  "She must be a very beautiful digimon!"

"I hope she likes me." Terriermon blushed.

"I'm sure she will." Leomon replied in a sarcastic tone.

"It would be so nice to meet her!" Guardromon said.  "I have always wanted to meet a princess."

"Guess were gonna stick around and meet her." Takato grinned.

"Okay but then were leaving to save Rika!" Henry said. "I don't want to waste anymore time!"

"Chill Henry." Kazu told him trying to keep cool.

"Yeah Henry." Takato smiled. "I'm sure Rika is okay."

"She's here! She's here!" A Viximon shouted very excited. "There's her Royal carriage!"
The tamers looked up and saw a black carriage in the sky coming down toward the Viximon village. And on top of the carriage was...

"Is that Pajirmon?!" Henry gasped.

"Is she the new princess?" Jeri asked.

"Lets hope not..." Takato gulped.  "I don't want to fight another deva!"

The carriage then set down in the middle of the village. Pajirmon jumped off the carriage and opended the door.
"May i present her royal highness princess Rika!"

"Rika?!" Everyone shouted.

Rika then slowly got out of the carriage.

"Hello princess!" A Viximon came up to her.  Rika smiled and kneeled down. "Awww...how cute."  Then all the Viximon gathered around Rika  asking her all kinds of questions. Pajirmon stood beside Rika making sure the Viximon didn't get any closer.

"Rika!" Henry shouted. He ran towards her but was stopped by Pajirmon.  "Don't come any closer." She warned.
"Henry.." Rika gasped.  "Your here!"  Rika gently set down the Viximon and walked up beside Pajirmon. "Its okay Pajirmon."
Still glaring Pajirmon  let Henry threw.  The couple then hugged each other tightly.

"Oh Rika...." Henry was  nearly in tears. "I was so worried."

"I'm fine." Rika spoke back softly. "Really."

"Rika lets go home." Henry pulled away and took her hand. But Pajirmon  split the couple up.  "Don't even!"

"Shes coming with us!" Takato yelled.

"Yeah!" Jeri yelled also trying to be brave.

"I don't think so.  Her highness is staying with us." Pajirmon stood in front of Rika protectively.

"Not is we can help it!" Renamon shouted then jumped into the air.  "Diamond storm!"

"No!!" Rika shouted. She then stood in front of Pajirmon taking the blast.

"Rika!" Renamons eyes widen. "No!"

Rika was nearly breathing. She had a million cuts all over her body. She nearly fell to the ground  but Pajirmon caught her.  "Your highness! why did you do  such a crazy thing?!"

"Y......you have....." Rika could barely talk.  "You have done..... a good job of protecting me...it was the least i could do..." She choked out.

Pajirmon  was stunned.  A human risking their life for her? Maybe there was  humans that truly care.  "You hurt the princess!" Pajirmon  shouted at Renamon. "You hurt her! You hurt her!" The Viximon yelled.  Renamon felt so bad. She had nearly killed her own tamer. Some parent she turned out to be. "Rika......" She whispered. "I'm so sorry...." Renamon walked toward Rika.  "Stay back!" Pajirmon shouted. "You have done enough to her!"

"Renamon....its okay...you didn't mean too..." Rika smiled weakly. "Please don't feel bad."

"Rika...." Henry rushed to her side.

"Henry....." She smiled at him.  I'm fine...."

Everyone was just so shocked.  Had Rika risked her life for a Deva?  Was this digimon even a Deva?

"I have failed you Rika.." Renamon shut her eyes.

"No...you havent!...please don't feel so bad."

"There is  something i don't understand."  Jeri said.  "How is Rika the new princess?"

"She has the mark on her forehead." Pajirmon replied. "Look."

The tamers looked closely and saw a Chinese symbol on her forehead.

"She's right!" Jeri  gasped. "Rika really is the princess!"

Using all her strength Rika stood up.  "Pajirmon  i think i can continue looking at the  villages."

"But your highness! you are hurt!"  Pajirmon exclaimed. "How can you carry on?"

"I will be fine." Rika assured her. "Don't worry."

"Are you sure? We can go back to the castle and rest if you want."

"I'm fine."  Rika smiled.  "Really.."

"Her highness can rest here!"  A Viximon spoke.

"Yeah! We would love her to rest here!" Said another.

"This place is not fit for a princess such as her highness."  Pajirmon said.

"Its fine here." Rika told her.  "Really."

"If you wish." Pajirmon  sighed.

Few hours later...

The sun was nearly going down. Rika was sitting on a rock playing with the Viximon. Holding them , telling them stories,  saying how cute they were.....and such and such. Henry watched just a few feet near her. She looked so beautiful and peaceful.  Henry loved to see Rika smile and laugh. But he wanted to get her out of here. But how? With Pajirmon as her body guard there was no way! Henry walked up to Rika but again was stopped by Pajirmon.

"Pajirmon ." Rika said softly.  "Let him pass."

Pajirmon looked at Rika and nodded letting Henry pass.

"Hey..." Henry said softly. "You look so beautiful." He kissed her hand.

"Thanks.." Rika blushed. She set down the Viximon and they went off to play.

"Rika....are you happy being the new princess?"

Before Rika answered him she looked at Pajirmon .  "Leave us."

Pajirmon  nodded and walked into one of the huts.

"Henry i love being the new princess and  all but....."

"What is it?" Henry grew more worried.

"I miss my home and.......and......"

"What?" Henry held her.

"Wearing jeans!"

Henry chuckled.  "But you look so beautiful.  Its very rare to see you in a dress."

"I guess..." Rika looked up.  The stars was starting to come out.

"Rika do you want to come home?" Henry asked her.

Rika nodded.  "I do but Pajirmon won't allow it.  Plus i have to get married to DarkLizardmon."

"What!" Henry freaked. "Married?! no way! your my girl!"

"There's nothing i can do." Rika sighed. "The legends say..."

"I don't care!" Henry was getting very angry.  "Don't listen to those stupid legends!"

"Henry please...." Rika spoke softly.  "I don't like this anymore then you do."

"So....your gonna marry him and forget about me?"

"No!" Rika yelled then lowered her voice. "No....I wont ever do that."

"Rika there must be another way."

"There is no other way."

Rika and Henry shot their heads up to see Pajirmon.  "The legends say a princess will marry a prince and bring happiness to the digital world. But  DarkLizardmon has found something else in the legend and plans to use it."

"What is it Pajirmon?" Rika asked.

"I cannot tell you. Forgive me your highness."

"Darklizardmon made you promise didn't he?"

Pajirmon nodded. "I'm sorry."

"I understand."  Rika sighed sadly.

"Your highness it is time we go home."

"Cant we rest here for the night?" Rika pleaded.  "Please?"

"I wish we could princess but Darklizard is expecting us."

Rika groaned.

"Rika you cant leave!" Henry grabbed her hand. "I wont let you!"

"Henry i...i have too." Rika couldn't look him in the eyes. "Please...let go."

"Release her at once!" Pajirmon warned him. "If we don't get back soon DarkLizard will have me punished."

Henry sighed and let her go.  "I will come for you..."

Rika smiled and kissed his cheek. "I love you."

When Rika turned to walk she stopped in her tracks to see Renamon and everyone else behind her. She gasped.

"Renamon?"

"Rika you really are the digital princess..."

"You think so huh?" Rika glanced down.

"Yes. With the digital world in your hands i know everything will be alright."

"R...Renamon...."  Rika could feel tears build up.  "I...."

"Its okay Rika." Renamon wiped her tears.  "I will always be your digimon guardian."

"Renamon!" Rika sobbed.  Renamon gasped when she felt her tamer hugging her tightly. She was surprised at first but hugged her tamer back. Everyone smiled.  Renamon and Rika were really a wonderful team. And soon they would face DarkLizardmon! and  they know that is going to be some fight! or so they think....mwhahaha!!!

Henry came up to the hugging digimon and tamer. He smiled.

When Rika and Renamon pulled from each other Rika felt someone tap her shoulder. She turned around to see  Henry.  But why did he have that look on his face? Henry took Rikas chin and kissed her passionately.

When Takato saw Henry kiss Rika he knew Henry and Rika were made for each other. He could see how much Rika was enjoying that one little kiss. When they broke Henry watched in tears as his girlfriend got into the dark carriage and left.

"Rika..." He  whispered.  "Please be okay..."

Later that night....

Rika was in her royal chambers sitting at her dresser looking in the mirror as she brushed her hair. She couldn't stop thinking about Henry. Plus she couldn't believe she was the digital princess.  When she gets married to Darklizardmon the digital world will be in her hands. But one thing was for sure she would never ever fall in love with Darklizardmon. I mean...he was a digimon! and she was a human. It just wouldn't work out.

Rika set the brush down and sighed.  "Why did i have to be the princess?"

Rika stood up and opened the curtains to let  the moon light shine in. She sat down by the huge window and watched the stars. She pushed a piece of hair behind her ear. She was only 14! how could she be married now? it just didn't make sense to her. Plus she was never going to  see her f amily and friends again....

Knock! Knock!

"Come in." Rika sighed.

The door slowly opended and a digimon called "Vajramon" came into the room. He shut the door softly and looked towards Rika.

"Its you!" Rika gasped.

"Please don't fear!" He bowed. "I'm a changed digimon! really!  now that i know your the princess who will bring us peace i see you differently!"

"How did you get in here?" Rika demanded.  "How did you get past the guards?"

"His highness DarkLizard allowed me to be another one of your body guards."

"Well in that case..." Rika was calm now.  "I apologize for yelling."

"Don't aplogize." He walked up to her.  "I understand how you must feel. You just want to go home right?"

Rika nodded.  "This is all so new to me."

"You will get use to it.  And i just want to say i'm  very honored to be your body guard."

Rika smiled and nodded.  "Thank you Vajramon."

"Get a good nights rest your highness. Tomorrow we are leaving to visit more villages."

"I still don't understand why we must do that."

"Don't worry about it your highness. We shall explain it all tomorrow."

Rika nodded. "Okay. Goodnight."

Vajramon bowed then left.

Rika smiled and stood up and walked over to her dresser. The digimon were so kind to her. She opended one of the drawers and screamed.

Vajramon then burst into the room along with Pajirmon.

"What is it your highness?!" She asked.

"Yes what is wrong? we heard you scream."

"You expect me to wear this?!" Rika freaked. She held up a dark purple night gown  with sleeves that was foot length.

"I'm sorry your highness but that is what a princess wears when she goes to bed."  Pajiramon sweatdroped.

"Noooooo" Rika had weird tears going down her face.

"Try and get some sleep." Pajiramon left with Vajramon who shut the door on his way out.

Rika groaned and changed into the night gown.  She looked in the mirror and seemed to be pleased with herself. "Hey not bad." She grinned.  "This night gown is just perfect for me." Rika then climed into bed.  "What a nice soft bed." She laid  her head back onto the soft pillow.  She slowly closed her eyes and driffted off to sleep.

BOOM CRASH!

Rika jolted up and saw it was ranning. And their was thunder and lightning. ' Oh Henry....'  Rika was very worried now. She was in a warm bed while Henry was outside in the rain. Rika sighed and just as she was about to lay down agan....

CRASH!!

Rika screamed as a digimon crashed threw her window.  "W-Who are you?" She held the blanket to her chest.

"I'm so sorry your highness! The wind is so strong! i had no control!" The digimon bowed. "My name is metalflymon."

"Whats going on?!" Screamed Vajramon as he burst into the room.  "Who dares to disturb the princess!"

Vajramon then picked up the small digimon.  "How dare you! now her highness will catch a cold!"

"Its okay Vajramon! just please get someone to fix the window right away!"

"As you wish."  Vajramon then threw the digimon onto the floor and ran out of the room.

"Are you hurt?" Rika asked. She jumped out of bed and ran over to the digimon.  "Please tell me." She picked up the digmon worriedly.

"I'm fine princess."He smiled. "But i'm so sorry about your window."

"Its okay. Someone is going to fix it anyway. And please....call me Rika."

"Very well..." He then stood up.  "Well Rika i will see you around!" The digimon then took off.

Rika smiled. Maybe she wouldn't make a bad princess after all.

Next day!

Meanwhile the others were on a wraf on their way to Dark island. Henry sat looking up at the blue sky thinking about Rika and what they were going to be facing. The moment was quiet until a pack of flymon were flying by.

"Where they all going?" Jeri asked.

"Dunno...but well  find out." Leomon then grabbed a flymon.

"Ow! hey watch it!" The flymon shouted.

"Sorry but we must know were you all are going."

"Were on our way back to the Gatomon village to help out." He replied.

"What for?" Takato asked. "Did something happen?"

"No. Were helping them get ready for the rival of the princess!"

"That means Rika is going to the Gatomon village!" Henry exclaimed.

"Can you lead us to the Gatomon village?" Jeri asked.

"Sure!" Flymon grinned.  "Please follow me!"

"Awwww!" Jeri beamed picking up a Gatomon. "Their so cute!"

"Welcome to the Gatomon Village!" Smiled the little Gatomon. "We welcome you!"

"Thanks." Everyone said.

"Your village looks great."  Henry  exclaimed.

"Thanks." Beamed all the Gatomon.

"So what brings you all to the digital world?" One asked.

"Well right now were on our way to Dark island to  save a friend." Takato replied. "But we came here because we heard shes coming to this village."

"You don't mean her royal highness Princess Rika do you?!" One of them yelled out.

"Yes we do." Henry replied.

"You know her?" One of them asked.

"Yeah shes one of our friends." Jeri replied.

"Wow!" One was jumping up and down with excitement. "Your friends with Princess Rika?!"

All the Gatomon were now very excited.

"Hey look!" A Gatomon yelled out. "There she comes!"

The tamers looked up and saw the dark  carriage. But....there were two digimon on top of it now!

When the carriage landed the two digimon jumped off.

"Okay! okay! stand back!" Vajramon roared.

"Its him!" Takato gasped.

"But how?" Henry questioned. "I thought we killed them both!"

"You just noticed!" Jeri nearly fainted.

"Shut up!" Vajramon yelled.  He then opended the door to the carriage.

Rika then carefully got out of the carriage.

"Oh how cute!" She smiled. "Gatomon!" Rika kneeled down as one of the Gatomon jumped into her arms. Rika was filled with laughter. She starting to love visiting villages.

"Rika!" Henry shouted.

"Uh?" Rika looked up and saw Henry running towards her.

"Henry?" She  exclaimed. ' How did he know i was coming here?'

But of course Henry was stopped by Rikas body guard. This time he was stopped by Vajramon.

"Let me pass!" Henry demaded.

"The princess does not have time for the likes of you!" He roared. "Now get lost!"

"Vajramon!" Rika stood up and walked up beside the digimon. "He is my friend. Please show some respect!"

"But highness he is not worth your time! you have to talk to the Gatomon."

"We have plenty of time!" Rika said.  "Please let me speak with him."

"I  cannot allow you to speak with him. I'm sorry your highness."

"But-..."

"Highness!" A Gatomon giggled as she jumped into her arms. "I'm so glad you have come! So your our new princess?! Wow! thats so cool! please tell us what you have planned!"

Rika giggled. "Thank you. And i'm not  sure what i have planned."

"As you can see she is now busy!" Vajramon  glared pushing Henry back.

Henry growled. No way was some digimon gonna let him from talking to his girl!

Later on...

Everyone sat around the huge fire as they talked. Vajramon and Pajirmon were talking so they didint notice that Rika had got up and had sat beside Henry.

"Whats it like being a princess Rika?" Jeri asked. "It must be cool!"

"Actully its very hard. You have so much on your mind." Rika sighed.

"Wow!" Jeri gasped. "What a beautiful ring!"

"Oh uhh..." Rika looked at the ring on her finger. "Thanks."

"Where did you get it?" Takato asked.

"From Darklizardmon." Rika replied. "Guess you can call it an engagement ring."

"Its not that great." Henry mumbled.

Rika giggled. "I know your jealous Henry. But don't worry."

"How can i not worry?" Henry replied sadly. "Your getting married to some freak digimon!" Henry kicked a rock.

"Henry i don't like it anymore then you do. But.....i have too. For the digital world." Rika looked over at the Gatomon playing tag.

"Princess! Princess!" A Gatomon shouted running up to her.  "Wanna play tag with us? huh? huh? do ya? do ya?"

"I'm sorry but i'm busy. Maybe later." Rika smiled cheerfully.

"Okay!" The Gatomon beamed then ran off to the other Gatomon.

"Rika..." Renamon started.

"Yeah?"

"In the legend  it says a princess will marry a prince. It didn't say anything about her marrying a digimon."

"Yeah. And  Pajiramon said Darklizard was marrying you for another reason! Rika think about it. If you marry him all you will bring is horror." Terriermon told her very seriously.

Rika looked down at her feet. Could Terriermon be right?

"Terriermon!" Henry hit him on the head.

"Ow! what?"

"If Darklizardmon isn't  the prince......who is?" Rika wondered.

"Don't know. But whoever he is...you better find him fast!"

"But how??" Rika asked.  "I cant look all over the digital world for some prince!"

"And plus how will we know hes the prince?"

"In the legend it says the prince will have some kind of mark on his forehead." Renamon said.

"Like Rika's?" Kazu asked.

"Exactly." Renamon nodded.

Vajramon then came up behind Rika tapping her on the shoulder.  "Highness its time for us to leave."

"Now?" Rika questioned.  "Cant we stay a bit longer?"

"I'm sorry princess..."

Rika sighed sadly. "Well see you guys."  Rika  gave everyone a hug and gave Henry a kiss on the cheek.  "Please come and see me soon..."
She whispered.

Henry grabbed Rika pulling her back.

"H-Henry..." She whispered. "I have to go."

"I cant let you....." He whispered back sadly.  "I just cant see you go again...."

"Oh Henry...." She put a hand on his cheek.

Henry reached up and put his hand where her's was. "I love you."

"I love you too Rika...."

"Your highness we have to go now." Vajramon said.  "Now come."

Henry then put Rika behind him protectively. "I wont allow you to take her!" He yelled.

Everyone gasped. Even Rika!

"How dare you!" Vajramon growled.  "Let her go at once!"

"No!" Henry shouted. "You wont take away the one i love most!"

"Henry don't....." Rika whispered.

Henry just ignored her and continued to yell at her body guards.

"I don't have time for such child-play!"  Vajramon shouted.  He was just about to do an attack but.....

"Stop!" A dark voice yelled.

Both Vajramon and Pajiramon bowed.  "Your grace.....what brings you here?"

Rika gasped.  "Darklizardmon!"

"Thats right baby doll." He grinned.  "Now i think its time for you to come home."

"I wont let you!" Henry growled.

Darklizardmon just smiled again and blew Henry against a wall.

"Henry!" Rika shouted.  She ran over to him.

"Oh Henry!" She cried. "Speak to me!"

"I see your in love with this  boy." Darklizardmon rubbed his chin.

"Yes! i always have been!" Rika shot back.

"Darling....i wont allow that." He sighed. "So...i'm going to have to destroy him."

"Don't you dare!" Terriermon yelled.  "Leave him alone!"

Darklizardmon then lifted Henry into the air.

"HENRY!!!" Rika screamed. "NO!!"

"Your highness!" Pajiramon held Rika back. "Don't!"

"No! No! No! No!" Rika screamed louder.  "HENRY!!!"

"Terrier-"

Terriermon was then knocked out by Darklizardmon before he could attack.

"Terriermon!" They all shouted.

"Now to destroy you!"

Then a white glowing light when around Henry's pale body.

"What the?" Darklizardmon yelled. "Whats happening!?"

Then a Chinese mark who showed on Henry's forehead.

"It.....cant be!" Renamon eyes widen.

"What Renamon?" Takato asked.

"Henry......he's......he's......"

"What?!" They all asked.

"The digital prince!"

"WHAT?!" Everyone shouted in shock.

Then Henry slowly floated to the ground. But.....he had changed! (He was wearing what Li wears in the 2 CCS movie.)

"Omg...." Rika whispered.

Rika was then lifted into the air.

"I think its time we go home DEAR!"

"Rika!" Everyone shouted.

Then Darklizardmon left along with Vajramon and Pajiramon.

"Oh....what happened?" Henry moaned.

"Henry...your the prince in the legend!"

"I'm wha?"  Henry was confused.

"Look what your wearing!"

"Huh? WHA?!" Henry stood up. "How did i get like this?!"

"We don't know. All we know is the Chinese symbol on your forehead changed you."

"Now all you have to do is save Rika!"  Terriermon jumped onto Henrys head.

"Then you two have to get married." Renamon said softly.

"MARRIED?!" Henry freaked.

"You have too Henry!" Terriermon said. "If you want to bring peace you have to marry Rika!"

"Whoa! back up! are you telling me i'm going to have to LIVE here?!"

"You and Rika are the prince and princess of the digital world. If you wish to bring peace you must marry her so you guys can become King and Queen. If not then were in grave danger." Renamon explained.

"I guess your right." Henry sighed. "Well lets head to Dark Island!"

"Yeah!" They all shouted.

Vajramon was standing outside Rika's door while Pajiramon was in there getting her ready for a big dinner that was happening tonight. It was in Rika's honor.  Pajiramon had brought Rika a violet sleeved dress, violet colored high heels and golden ear rings. Rika had to admit she didn't look that bad.

"Now just the finishing touches."  Pajiramon picked up a bottle of french vanilla perfume and sprayed some on Rika. "Phew!" Rika coughed. "I hate perfume!"

"Now, Now your highness."  Pajiramon patted her shoulders. "We want you to look beautiful for tonight. This dinner is being held in your honor."

"I know, I know..." Rika sighed.  "I'm still very upset with Darklizardmon!"

"I know you love that boy princess...but you HAVE to marry Darklizardmon."

"I don't want too!" Rika shot back. "I hate him!"

"Princess please....calm down."  Pajiramon then took the tiara that was set on the dresser and placed it on Rika's head.

"There. All set." Pajiramon smiled.

Rika huffed. "Humph..."

Meanwhile....

"Are we there yet?" Jeri wined.

"We might not get there for another day yet..." Leomon replied.

"If we keep up the fast pase i say we will get there tonight!" Renamon said.

"I agree." Henry nodded.

"Full speed ahead!" Takato  yelled.

"Okay! Okay! You don't have to yell.  Shesh...." Terriermon jumped onto Henrys head.

Sunset....

Knock! Knock!

"Yes?" Rika answered.

"Darling..." The voice replied.  "Its almost time for dinner."

Rika growled.  "Okay......DEAR!"

The voice laughed and left.

Rika looked at herself in the mirror.  Was this really her? A beautiful princess? or a cold-hearted girl dressed up as a princess.  Rika was really confused.

Rika then walked out her door and set down the long hallway.

Ball room....

When Rika entered the top of the stairs the room went quiet. Everyone stopped chatting , laughing,  and dancing.  They all looked up at Rika with warm smiles.

Then a whole bunch of digimon ran up the stairs surrounding her. Asking her all kinds of questions. Rika gasped and didn't know what to do. There were so many of them.

"Your highness its so nice to meet you!" One said.

"You look so beautiful tonight!" Said another.

"I uhh..." Before Rika could answer more questions were shot at her.

Rika couldn't take it anymore.

"PAJIRAMON!!" Rika shouted.

Pajiramon then rushed in and pushed the digmon from her. "Okay! okay! back off!  give the princess some room!"

Vajramon then came up behind Rika. "Are you okay princess?"

"I'm fine." Rika sighed. "Boy...those digimon should learn some manners! Why are such rude digimon here?!"

"I'm sorry your highness but these are guest invited by Darklizardmon."

Rika groaned.  "Figures..."

Rika then walked down the long stair case with Pajiramon on one side. And Vajramon on another.

"I thought this was a dinner." Rika said waving to some of the digimon.

"First the dance and then the dinner." Replied Pajiramon.

"I'm not dancing." Rika crossed her arms.

"Come on princess." Vajramon said.  "It will be fun."

"I hate dancing though...." Rika said taking the last step.

Darklizardmon.....
 

Darklizardmon had been really busy in his lab doing something very special for Rika. He had just finished a liquid that will make him look just like Henry.

"Yes! with this liquid it will make me look just like Prince Henry!"

The digimon then started drinking the liquid.

(Pajiramon and Vajramon know about this.)

Rika was dancing with a digimon when......

The door at the  top of the stairs went wide open.

Everyone gasped.

Then Henry appeared at the top.

"Henry....." Rika whispered.

"Its Prince Henry!" A digimon yelled out.

"Prince?" Rika questioned.

Henry walked down the stairs and came towards Rika.

Rika was so surprised to see him here.

"Hi Rika." He smiled.

"Henry....your......your here!"

Rika then ran into his arms.

"I told you i would come for you...." He smiled.  "Now. Shall we dance?"

Rika nodded. "But....Henry your the...."

"Prince? yes i know." He smiled.  "Were both meant to rule the digital world."

"Oh Henry..."

"Rika...my beautiful princess. Together we can make the digital world a wonderful place."

Rika nodded in agreement.

"Yes....we can."

"Now...." Henry put his hand out to her.  "Shall we dance?"

Rika smiled.  "We shall."

Everyone stepped back and let the couple dance.

Rika sat down near the end of the table and waited for Henry.

While Rika was waitting for ' Henry.' Darklizardmon had changed back and came and sat down. He looked at Rika who seemed to be looking for someone.

"Something wrong my dear?" He asked her knowing who she was waitting for.

"I was waitting for Henry. He is here tonight."

"I'm sorry your highness but he had to leave. He said he had something important to do." Vajramon told her.

Rika sighed sadly. What could be more important?

Darklizardmon then took a spoon and hit his  class with it lightly so he could get everyones attention.  "Attention! Attention!" He called.  Everyone settled down and looked towards Darklizardmon.  "As you may know i'm  engaged to princess Rika. I just wanted you all to know the wedding will be held tommorrow afternoon at  1:00 PM Sharp!"

Everyone then clapped.  "Bravo! Bravo!" Said a digimon.

"Hail  princess Rika and Darklizardmon!" Said another.

Rika sighed and looked down at her plate.  ' How can this be happening?' She thought.

Rika then stood up. "May i be excused?"

"Yes of course darling."  Darklizardmon replied shoving food down his thorat.

Rika looked disgusted for a second and then left.

"Keep an eye on her..." Darklizardmon whispered to Vajramon.

Rika walked onto the balcony and looked up at the stars. Rika couldn't help but feel home sick. She missed her grandma, mom and dad. Renamon was right! she should of told her mother where she was going! but she didn't.... She was letting her break up with Ryo get to her. Now that she was in love again she had her warm caring heart back. Rika was glad for that. Henry was different then Ryo was. She knew no matter what would happen Henry would always love her and be there for her. Whenever she needs a shoulder to cry on....she has Henry.

Rika looked down at her hand. The ring Darklizardmon had given her seemed to sparkle in the moon light. It was so beautiful. Rika sighed. She had accepted the fact she was going to be married to Darklizardmon. But she knew by doing so she would break Henrys heart and bring coldness to the digital world. Terriermon was right for a change!

' I have to find out what Darklizardmon is planning.' Rika thought.

Rika made her way down the long hall way to Darklizardmons room. Un aware she was being followed.  Rika then stopped at the door but it was being guarded by two digimon.

"No one may enter!" The first one said.

"Thats right!" Said the other.

They then realized who was standing in front of them.

"OH! your highness!" The first one smiled nervously. "What brings you here?"

"Let me in!" Rika replied.

"I'm sorry your highness but Darklizardmon said not to let anyone in!"

"I need to go in there. I wanna plan a little surprise for him...." Rika smiled slyly. "If you know what i mean..." She winked.

"OOOOOOOHH!" The two digimon said together.

"Go right in your highness!" They both said.

"Thanks." Rika smiled then went into the room and shut the door behind her.

' Surprise? Blah!' Rika couldn't bare to think of the thought. It was just too much for her.

Rika then started to go threw all his books and notes.  'Come on....he has to be up to SOMETHING!'  Rika growled. She wasn't finding anything.  Rika then spotted a red book with Chinese writings on it. Good thing she knew Chinese. She then picked it up.  'I wonder what this is...' She thought.  Rika then opened the book slowly and started to read.

"Where is my darling princess Rika?"  Darklizardmon asked. "She has been gone for some for quiet some time....i'm worried."

"Shall i go look for her your grace?"  Pajiramon asked.

Darklizardmon rubbed his chin and thought for a moment.  "Hmmm...yes. And if you cant find her report back and we will have everyone look for my dear princess!"

"Yes my lord." Pajiramon bowed and then left.

"Hmmm....this doesn't make any sense." Rika was very puzzled.  "It goes on about the prince and princess of the digital world and then it cuts off....hmmm."

There must be a missing page. And Rika was not gonna stop until she found it.

"He must of ripped it out!"  Rika started to look threw the papers.  "But where would he put it?"

Rika jolted her head up when she heard talking outside the door.  It was Vajramon!

' Oh no....' Rika thought.

Then the door swong open.

"Your highness!" He gasped in shock.  "What are you doing?"

"I uhh....heard a noise in here! and uhh....when i came in here it was like this!"

"I see. Well don't you worry princess we wont let anything happen to you."

"T....Thanks."

"Now lets go.  His magisty Darklizardmon is worried about you."

"I'm sure he is...." Rika rolled her eyes as she followed Vajramon out.  'Guess i will look later.'

With the tamers.......

"How much longer?" Kazu wined.

"Were almost there!" Renamon replied glancing up ahead.

"Really?" Jeri beamed.  "Its about time....i was getting ready to fall asleep."

"Once we get to shore we should rest for the night."  Leomon said.

"We cant! Rika needs us!" Henry said sharply.

"Henry momentai!  its better we  get some rest and then attack first thing in the morning."

Henry groaned.  "But why....."

"Henry relax! we can use tonight to plan how to get  Rika out of there. So in the morning we will be ready."

"Alright...." Henry sighed.  "But first thing!"

"Yes your magisty!" Terriermon grinned.

"Shut up...." Henry mumbled.

Then Calumon popped up from out of no where.

"PLAY TIME!!"

"Ahhh!!" Everyone fell back.

"WHERE THE HELL DID YOU COME FROM!?" Henry shouted.

"Oh my darling Rika!" Darklizardmon cried.  "I was so worried!"

"I'm sure...." Rika glanced to her side.

"Now Now dear..." He said softly.  "Well...i think its time you got some rest."

Rika yawned.  "I suppose your right."

"Okay lets go your highness." Pajiramon said.

Rika nodded and was followed out by Pajiramon.

Darklizardmon grinned.  ' Just you wait till tomorrow my dear.....just you wait.'

Rikas Chambers......
 

Rika slowly sat up in her bed and pushed the covers off her. It was now midnight. She got out of bed and opended her huge door slowly. To find Vajramon and Pajiramon guarding her door. She gulped.

"Do you need something your highness?" Pajiramon asked.

"No no...." Rika smiled nervously.  "I was just going down to the library  to get a book. Its nice to read a good book while in bed. Don't you agree?"

"Yes i do." Vajramon nodded slowly. "Do you need one of us to walk you there?"

"No its okay." Rika smiled backing up down the hallway. "I.....I can find it myself!" (^_^;)

"If you say so your highness..." They both had sweatdrops.

Rika then took off down the hallway.

"You think shes up to something?" Vajramon whispered.

"Nah...." Pajiramon whispered back.  "Shes a princess. And you know how they are."

Henry sat up. He had been wide awake for hours. He was too worried about Rika to sleep. He then decided he would go now and save her. So every so slowly he got up and headed up towards the castle.

' Ah!' Rika beamed.  She finally found the book she was looking for.  It was a book about the castle's history. Maybe this would tell her something. So she walked back down to her bedroom.

"Did you find what you were looking for?" Pajiramon asked.

"Yes...yes i did." Rika smiled  nervously.  ^^

"Well be sure you get some sleep princess." Vajramon told her. "You got a big day tomorrow."

Rika nodded and went into her bedroom.

As Henry came up to the gate he noticed two digimon were guarding. 'What do i do now?'  He wondered.  He then took a deep breath and walked up to the digimon.

"Who goes there?!" The digimon roared.

"Please i need to pass. I must speak with Rika."

"I don't think so! Its very late and the princess needs her sleep!"

"Then let me drop something off for her." Henry begged. "Please."

"No way!" They roared.  "Get lost kid!"

"Hey!" Henry growled. "Do you realize who you are speaking with?"

"Do tell." The digimon said sarcastically.

"I'm Prince Henry from the other side of the digital world."

"Oh!" The digimon bowed. "I'm so sorry my lord! i didn't know it was you!"

"I'm sure now let me pass!"

"Of course." They bowed lower.  "Open the gate!" He yelled out.

(A/N : Were dealing with real stupid digimon here people....)

"A long time ago a princess and prince fell in love with other. But kept it a secret from the princesses  fiancee. When he found  out he had the princes castle blown up. The prince sadly lost all his  family and knights. So together the prince and princess used a power called ' GS' to defeat the evil who was to be married to the dear Princess...." Rika trailed off. "Hmmm....could this princess be me?.....but that would be impossible...this was a long time ago."

"Nothing is impossible."

Rika shot her head up to see Steena.

"Steena?" Rika questioned. "What are you doing here?"

"Rika you are the princess in that book."

"But......But how?" Rika was shocked.  "This was a long time ago."

"Allow me to explain.  A long time ago when the princes castle was blown up. The two kingdoms were at war."

"But i thought all the knights died." Rika was very confused.

"Not all of them." Steena replied.  "Then the Alexandra castle was blown up as well. While the Queen and her daughter  were still inside the castle. But a digimon called "Darklizardmon said to the Queen he would save her daughter  and send her to  earth where she would be re-born.  The Queen said she would do anything for her daughter. So it was done. But.....there was a catch. The Queen also had to agree when this girl was old enough she would be married to Darklizardmon."

"What about the prince." Rika asked.

"He was sent to earth by his father." Steena replied.

"In here it says they used the power of GS to defeat the evil.....but-"

"It didn't work."

"HUH!?" Rika shot her head up.

"For some odd reason when the prince and princess used the power of the GS it didn't work."

"But why?" Rika asked.

"I don't know." Steena shook her head.

" BTW.....who was the Queen?" Rika asked.

Steena smiled. "Her name was Steena Alexandra."

"HUH!!?" Rika couldn't believe this.  "Your.......Your........"

"The rightful Queen Rika. But now......this kingdom is in your hands."

"Your.....My...........My......"

"Mother?" Steena chuckled.

"Mom?" Rika asked feeling weird as the word came from her mouth.

"Yes?"

"So.....Henry is the prince?"

Steena nodded. "Yes my dear. He is."

"Was this island really named ' Dark island"?

"No." Steena shook her head. "It was called Alexandra island.....but then Darklizardmon took over."

"How sad....."

"Yes...." Steena shut her eyes sadly.  "Rika it is Henry you have to marry."

"Yes....i realize that now."

"Mother....." Rika asked again. "What happend......to my father?"

Steena sighed.  "He was killed in that war."

"Oh...." Was all Rika could say.

Steena floated over to were Rika was and sat on the bed beside her. "Oh my  daughther....you look so beautiful. Just like when you were a baby."

"Thanks...." Rika gave a short smile.

"Well i better let you get some sleep."  Steena kissed Rikas forehead and left. "I love you Rika....."

' I love you too mother......' Rika thought.

Rika jumped out of bed and went onto the balcony.  "Henry...." She whispered. "Where are you?"

"Behind you." A voice said.

Rika quickly turned around and saw Henry standing there in a prince outfit.

"Henry!" She giggled as she hugged him tightly. "Your here!"

"Yep." He  smiled.

"Henry...why did you leave the dance?"

"Dance?" Henry was confused. "What dance?"

"Don't you remember? You came to the ball  that was held here tonight."

"I didint come to a ball Rika. I was still sailing on the sea looking for Dark island."

"But.....if it wasnt you....then who?"

"I dunno..." Henry said. "Hmmm..."

"BTW.....how did you get here?"

"Simple." Henry grinned. "I just said i was the prince from the other side of the digital world and they let me in easy."

"I don't believe you." Rika raised an eyebrow.

"No really! Everyone but Pajiramon and Vajramon bought it."

"Then how did you get into my room?" Rika asked.

"They were asleep at the door....soooooo"  (^.^;;)

Rika had a swatdrop. "ok...Oh!"

"What?"

"Henry Steena was here and....and.....omg..."

"What! What!"

"Henry Steena is my mother!"

"WHAT?!" Henry's eyes widen.

"Yeah and she also told me that a long time ago when our familes were at war we were sent to earth and were re-born!"

"She said that?" Henry was finding this hard to believe.

"Yeah!" Rika nodded. "I can believe it myself! Henry we have to...."

"Get married? Yes i know."

"Oh....well...."

"Well...." Henry sighed and got on one knee. "Will you marry me?"

"Oh Henry.......I..."

Rika didint know what to say. I mean getting married at age 14? That was kinda odd in Rika's opinion. But she knew this was for the digital world. And she loved Henry so much. So.....

"I will Henry. I love you!"

Henry was so happy that he scopped Rika into his arms. "Oh Rika! I love you!"

Rika giggled. "I love you too. But....."

"But?" Henry f rowned. "But what?"

"Can we go inside? its cold out here." Rika laughed.

"Oh!" Henry smiled. "Sure."

The couple walked inside and sat on the bed.

"So what....do you wanna -humph!"

Rika was cut off by Henry kissing her like mad.  He slowly lowered her on the bed.....

They broke for a second.

"Henry....."

"Rika..." Henry smiled.

*SLAM*

Rika and Henry gasped as they saw Vajramon and Vajiramon in the door way.

"Get off the princess!" Vajramon warned.  "Or else!"

Henry glared  at him.  "Or else what?"

Henry stood up and put Rika behind him.

"Or else i may have to destroy you!"

"No!" Rika stood in front of Henry. "Don't!"

"But your highness!"

"No  buts! You will do as i say and treat him with respect!"

Vajramon glared harder at Henry.  "Grrrr.....Very well your highness."

Rika sighed with relief.

Vajramon then grabbed Henry.  "I will treat him with respect while he rots in the dungeon!"

"No!" Rika cried. "Vajramon please!"

"I'm sorry dear princess.....but i must."

Rika sobbed as Pajiramon tried to calm her. "Please your highness don't cry....."

"Please let him go!" Rika sobbed.  "I love him!"

Vajiramon and Vajramon gasped.

"I'm sorry princess but...." Vajramon shut his eyes tightly.  "He must go....."

"NO! YOU WILL DO AS I SAY AND RELEASE HIM AT ONCE!"

"Princess please...." Vajiramon said. "Lower your voice."

Henry then bit Vajramons arm.

"AARG!" Vajramon held his arm in pain.

Henry ran and grabbed Rika's hand running out onto the balcony with her.

"Rika we may have to jump." Henry told her.

"Stop!" Vajramon ran towards them.

"Princess don't!" Vajiramon yelled to her.

"Henry we cant..." Rika said softly.

"What! Rika have you lost your mind?" Henry eyes widen.

"Henry this is MY kingdom! And i'm not leaving it!"

"But..."

"Same with you! This will be our kingdom. We cant run away from it."

' Shes right.....' Henry thought. 'How can i be so selfish!'

"Got you!" Vajramon roared as he got a hold of Henry again.  "This time your coming with me!"

As Vajramon was walking out with Henry Rika mouthed an ' I love you ' to him.  Rika knew Henry understood because he did the same.

"Now dear Princess....please go to sleep."

Sleep? How could Rika sleep. She just saw her true love get taken away. What if they killed him? No....she couldn't think that! besides it was on her orders. Rika just had to hope the rest of her friends would come soon.

Next morning.....

"Guys wake up!" Terriermon shouted. "Henry is gone!"

"What!" Takato shot up. "Gone?!"

"Oh no!" Jeri gasped. "I bet he left for the castle to save Rika!"

"We must go now!" Leomon said.  "He may be in huge danger!"

"But how we will get past the guards? There's bound to be lots of them guarding the castle." Kazu pointed out.

"Well standing here  is not doing any good. Lets get going!" Guardromon said.

"Right!" Takato nodded.

"Will we get to play?" Calumon asked.

"Sorry Calumon." Jeri said. "There is not time for play."

"Awwww....."

"Lets go save the prince and princess!" Guilmon said with a goofy grin.

"YEAH!"

Early that morning Rika has gotten up and headed for the dungeon. The castle was huge so she had a hard time finding the stairs that led down to the  dungeon. When she finally found it a digimon was standing there guarding the door.

"I'm sorry your highness but darklizardmon said no one is to go down there." Said the digimon.

"Let me pass! I must speak with the prisoner they had brought down here last night."

I'm sorry i cannot let you  threw."

Rika growled. She has had it with this.

"I'm tired of being poliet damnit!" Rika pushed the digimon out of her way and went down the stairs.

"Your highness! Wait!" The digimon called. "Don't!"

When Rika reached the end of the stairs she saw a whole bunch of cells.

"Henry?" She called.

"Rika!" The voice replied.  "Over here!"

Rika  gasped as she saw Henry on his knees on the fourth cell to her right.  "Henry!"

"Rika! Your here!" Henry reached his hand out threw the bars and held hers tightly.

"Henry.....had they been hurting you?" Rika asked worriedly.

Henry nodded.  "I'm ok though."

"I'm so sorry..." Rika kissed his hand. "Its my fault your down here."

"No." Henry shook his head. "Its mine."

"No mine..." Rika tried to hide the smile on her face.

"No...." Henry let out a small laugh. "Mine..."

They then kissed threw the bars.

' How i miss this.....' Rika thought.

After awhile they broke.

"Rika! Someone is coming."

Rika stood up and saw Vajramon, Pajiramon, and Darklizardmon.

"Your highness!" Vajramon gasped.

"Your dress will get dirty!" Pajiramon told her. "You should head up right now."

"I will not!" Rika stomped her foot.

"Darling please....let us talk later." Darklizardmon said.  "Right now i must deal with this foolish human! "

"No!" Rika shouted. "You will not hurt him!"

"Rika....." Henry whispered.

"Your highness he is just a waste of your time."

"Thats not true!" Rika snapped.  "I order you to leave him alone!"

"Princess we cannot do that." Pajiramon said.  "Darklizardmon wants us to destroy him at once!"

"No! umm.....heh  Darklizardmon honey....." Rika said trying to be sweet.  "Let us not worry about something like him.  Today is our wedding. Should we not be upstairs getting ready? After all there is the party, cake, music....we have so much to do. Why don't we take care of our troubles later?"

"Hmmm...." Darklizardmon rubbed his chin.  "Maybe you are right my dear."

Rika smiled nervously.  ' I hope this works...' She thought.

"Very well." Darklizardmon smiled. "We shall take care of him after our wedding."

"Good." Rika smiled nervously.  (^^;)

"Pajiramon i want you to take my dear princess upstairs and get her ready." Darklizardmon told her.

"Yes my lord." Pajiramon bowed.  "Lets go your highness."

"Ok..." Rika took one last took a Henry. She gave him an  ' I will be back.' Kind of look.  Then left with Pajiramon.

Tamers....

After a long time of walking up the hill to get to the castle they peeked around a corner where the main gate was.

"There are guards there!" Jeri whispered. "How do we get past them?"

"Lets fight them off!" Terriermon pumped his  fists.

"No!" Renamon whispered harshly.  "We cant fight them."

"They don't look to smart." Takato said. "Maybe we can trick them."

"Good idea Takato!" Jeri beamed.

"Yes but how?" Asked Guardromon. "What if they are smarter then they look?"

"I dought that..." Leomon said.

"Come on everyone! We need to think of how to trick them!" Renamon said. "Rika and Henry may need our help!"

Terriermon nodded in agreement.  "Lets just say were friends of the princess."

"Well it is the truth..." Jeri said softly.

Everyone then walked towards the gate where the two guards stood.

"Halt!" They said. "No one may enter at this time."

"Why cant you let us in?" Takato asked. "We must speak with Rika."

"You will address her as Princess Rika!" The digimon snapped.

"Ok...we need to see PRINCESS Rika!" Takato groaned. "Now let us past."

"LETS PLAY!" Calumon jumped onto Jeri's head.

"Not right now Calumon..." Jeri whispered.

"Awwww...." His ears  shrunk into his head.

"You cannot pass! Only guests who were invited by the princess and the prince!"

"Well she knows us." Terriermon said. "So let us threw!"

"No! You will just ruin the wedding."

"WEDDING?!" Everyone screamed.

"You mean its today?!" Takato yelled.

"Yes! Mostly everyone in the digital world knows about it!"

"Please let us pass!" Renamon shouted. "We must see the Princess!"

"Not a chance!" The digimon replied waving his hand at them. "Go away."

"Please!" Jeri  begged. "Is the princess marrys Darklizardmon there will be cold and darkness!"

"Nonsense! Darklizardmon promised he will bring us peace once he marrys Princess Rika."

"No! Those are lies!" Leomon shouted. "The only thing you are in for is darkness!"

"Yeah! Think about it. Rika is a hunman in the legend she is suppose to marry another human! Not a digimon!" Renamon told them sharply.

"Well--"

PUNCH! KICK!

"Renamon!" They shouted.

"They are wasting our time." Renamon said taking the key from the guard.

"Well...." Takato had a sweatdrop. "Lets go."

With Rika.....

Rika was  sitting at her dresser dressed in a beautiful white gown. Around her waist was a golden ribbon tied around. In the middel of her chest was a beautiful jewel. Pajiramon was just brushing her hair. Then after she was down. Pajiramon picked up Rika's Tiara and placed it on her head.

"Now its time for your make up." Pajiramon said.

"No make up." Rika groaned. "Please."

"Now now your highness." Pajiramon grabbed a light pink lip stick that was on the dresser and put it on Rika.

*few min later...*

"There."  Pajiramon smiled. "Your all set."

Rika was shocked at herself in the mirror.  Was this really her?

"Thats me?" Rika gasped.

"Yes." Pajiramon nodded. "You look very beautiful."

"Thanks...." Rika sighed. ' I guess....'

"I have to go help out with the rest of the wedding. You just stay here your highness." Pajiramon told her as she left the room.

Rika then got up and opended the door to her balcony and walked out. It was a very beautiful day in deed. Rika knew she had to marry Henry but there was no way she could escape. Just thinking of kissing Darklizardmon gave Rika the shivers.

"Your highness."

Rika spun around and saw a digimon standing before her.

"Who are you?" Rika gasped. "How did you get in here?!"

"My name is Taffetamon." The digimon replied.  She was a small pink digimon with long ears like a rabbit and a long tail like a fox. She had small little arms and legs and bright blue eyes.

Rika kneeled down. "Oh...hello there."

"Hi!" The digimon beamed as she walked up to Rika. "Its nice to meet you."

"Um you too.....how did you get in here?"

"Oh! I'm your gift from Darklizardmon." She beamed.

"Oh...your so cute!" Rika picked the digimon up and hugged it.

"So its your wedding huh?"

Rika sighed. "Yes."

Taffetamon got a look of worry. "Why princess.....you are crying. What is wrong?"

"I....." Rika wiped her tears. " I miss my family and friends." Rika replied sadly. "Being a princess is great and all but having so much attention having someone check on me every  five minutes....."

"Don't feel sad princess....." Taffetamon told her. "It will be okay."

"You don't understand....i'm not meant to marry Darklizardmon. He's not my true love."

"Who is your true love princess?" Taffetamon asked her.

"Prince Henry of  File Island." Rika replied softly.

"I'm sure everything will turn out fine!" Taffetamon beamed cheerfully. "It always does!"

Rika smiled. "You may be right..."

"Trust me!" Taffetamon said.

"You look great my lord." Vajramon said as Darklizardmon was looking at himself in the mirror.

"I think i do too..." Darklizardmon agreed.

Knock! Knock!

"Come in." Darklizardmon said still looking at himself in the mirror.

"Her highness princess Rika is ready." Pajiramon said coming into Darklizardmon's chambers.

"Good! The wedding starts in 5 minutes!" Darklizardmon said. "Start letting the guests in."

"Yes sir." Pajiramon bowed leaving the room.

Rika sat on her bed playing with a piece of her hair. She was so nervous and scared. She wanted to go and see Henry but Pajiramon could come back soon and find her gone. Then the whole castle would be out looking for her. Rika really wished her friends were here to help. She sighed sadly.

Rika then spun around when she heard the door open slowly.

"Whos there!" Rika demanded.  "Show yourself!"

"Whoa! Cool it!"  Rika knew that voice! It was......It was......

"Takato!" Rika gasped.

"Hi!" Takato grinned.

Calumon then brust in and jumped on Rika's lap. "Wow! You look so pretty!" He beamed.

"Oh umm..." Rika blushed.

Takato along with everyone else walked in.

"Your all here!" Rika stood up.

"Wow dude!" Kazu's eyes widen.  "You look hot!"

"Oh stop!" Rika's face was red as a cherry.

Takato then got serious. "Rika i think Henry--"

"I know.....he came here."

"He did!" Everyone said.

"Where?" Takato looked around.

"He's in the dungeon...."

"WHAT?!" They shouted.

Rika held a finger to her lips. "Shhh!! Want them to hear you?!"

"Sorry....But how did they catch him?"

"They saw us together.....i tried to stop them....but he got taken away."

"We have to save him!" Jeri said worriedly. "He could be hurt!"

"Jeri is right!" Takato nodded in agreement.  "Henry needs our help."

"Hey you think this is a picnic for me?!" Rika started to raise her voice. "I'M GETTING MARRIED  TO A DIGIMON HERE!!!!!"

"Rika shhh!" Takato covered her mouth.  "Man and you told us to keep it down."

Rika pushed his hand away. "Sorry but i hate being a princess!"

"Rika its  your destiny." Renamon told her. "You must get married to Henry."

"I know, I know....." Rika held her head.  "But.....I don't want to get married yet! I'm only 14!" Rika started to cry.

"Rika....." Takato said softly.

"I cant get married! I have so much i want to  do before i get married!"

"I'm sorry Rika....But your not an ordinary girl." Renamon said. "Your the princess. And nothing can change that. You can say your not the princess but you are. Your a princess in your blood."

Rika knew Renamon was right. She sighed and wiped her tears away.  "Still...."

Knock! Knock!

"Oh no!" Rika whispered. "Hide!"

Everyone then quickly ran into Rika's huge closet.

"C-Come in...." Rika said nervously.

It was Pajiramon.  "Its time your highness."

Rika sighed. "Very well...."

Rika then walked out with Pajiramon.

SHUT!

Everyone then came from the closet.

"Oh no!" Jeri gasped. "The wedding is starting!"

"We must get Henry!" Renamon said.

"Then stop the wedding!" Terriermon added.

"Then we can play!" Calumon cheered.

"Why are you even in this story?" Takato had a sweatdrop.

Henry fall back onto the dirty old mattress and sighed sadly. His one and true love was getting married to Darklizardmon this very  day! How could this be? Henry shook his head and sat up. Everything was going to be fine he would tell himself. Just fine.
Henry looked out threw the bars and saw a digimon who seemed to look like a pretty stupid guard.

' Maybe i can trick him into letting me out.' Henry thought.

Before Henry could break into action he heard someone coming down the stone stairway. Henry could feel the sweat coming down the side of his face. What if it was Darklizardmon coming down to finish him off?! Or what if it was Vajramon?! or Pajiramon?! or....or.......

"Renamon??" Henry questioned.  "How did you...."

"I knocked them out." She replied.  "Now lets get you out of here!"

"Shh!" Henry held a finger to his lips. "The guard is sleeping...."

"Does he have the key?" Jeri asked.

Henry nodded. "Its in his right pocket."

"You get it Takato." Kazu pushed him towards the guard.

"Ah! Why me?" Takato asked not taking his eyes off the guard.

"Because your the leader guy!" Said Terriermon.  "Your suppose to be the brave guy!"

"No....I'm the coward kind of guy!" Takato replied shaking.

"I will do it then!" Jeri then slowly walked towards the guard.

"Who is that digimon anyway?" Kazu asked.

"Thats Jijimon." Replied Renamon.  "Don't think hes just a helpless old man."

Jeri slowly bent down and reached into his pocket very carefully.

"Becareful..." Takato whispered.

Jeri shut her eyes tightly as she felt around for the key in his pocket. When Jeri fineally felt the small cold metal key she slowly pulled it out from his pocket.

"I got it!" She yelled in a whisper.

Jeri then walked over to Henrys cell and un locked it.

"Thanks." Henry walked out. "I was getting tired in there."

Leomon then picked up Jijimon and threw him into the cell and locked the door.

"HEY!" Jijimon yelled. "Whats the meaning of this?!"

"Sorry." Takato said. "We got no choice!"

"Come on guys!" Henry  yelled. "Rika needs us!"

"Right!" Everyone nodded in agreement.

"Beautiful day for a wedding. Don't you agree?" Darklizardmon glanced over at Vajramon.

"Yes." He nodded. "Any second now your beautiful princess Rika walks down the isle."

Darklizardmon nodded.

"Look!" A digimon gasped. "Its her!"

"She looks so beautiful!" Another said.

"She does...." Darklizardmon agreed.

"Just stay calm your highness." Pajiramon told you as they walked down the isle.

"How can i?!" Rika snapped. "I'm getting married to a --"

"Digimon...i know." Pajiramon sighed. "But its your destiny."

"No! My destiny is to marry prince Henry!"

"Maybe but......" Pajiramon sighed again. "You have to marry Darklizardmon."

Rika growled and kept walking.

"Do you Darklizardmon take Princess Rika to be your beloved wife to hold in sickness and in health till death do you part?"

Darklizardmon nodded. "I do."

"And do you princess Rika take Darklizardmon to be your beloved husband to hold in sickness and in health till death do you part?"

Silence....

Everyone then started to whisper to one another.

Rika became more nervous. She couldn't say yes! She just couldn't.....

"Hurry everyone! Before its too late!" Renamon shouted.

"PLAY PLAY PLAY!" Calumon shouted.

"Stop shouting!" Terriermon snapped.

"Yeah and keep  running!" Henry yelled. ' Were almost there Rika....please hold on!"

"Princess?" Pajiramon asked. "Are you okay?"

"Y....Yeah."  Rika forced a smile.

"What is  your answer princess?" The digimon pope asked her.

"I.....I.........I........"

"RIKA STOP!!!!"

All the digimon turned around to see Henry and the others.

"Henry!" Rika smiled. "Your here!"

"HOW DARE YOU DISTURB OUR WEDDING!" Darklizardmon yelled in anger.

"Rika is not going to marry you!" Henry shouted. "Shes going to marry me! Prince Henry!"  (A/N : Corny ya?)

"We shall see about that!" Darklizardmon floated into the air with red glowing eyes.

Pajiramon and Vajramon then moved Rika to the side were it was safe.

"Stay here princess." Vajramon told her.

"But...."

"LET US START!"

"Yes but first...." Darklizardmon then used his powers to make Rika float over to him.

"Ah!" Rika cried. "Put me down!"

"Right after this." Darklizardmon then got out his dagger and stabbed Rika in the stomach.

" NOOO!!!!" Henry cried.  "RIKA!!!"

Rika then fell to the ground with blood coming out of her stomach.

"RIKA!" Renamon ran over to her. "Rika...." She whispered.

"The princess!" Pajiramon gasped.

"He killed her!" Vajramon shouted in anger.

Henry then ran over to Rika as well. He kneeled down and put Rikas head onto his lap.  "Rika....." He said softly. "Wake up.....please." Tears were rushing down Henry's face. This couldn't be happening!

"I guess the wedding is off." Darklizardmon chuckled.

Renamon then jumped into the air looking towards Darklizardmon. "DIAMOND STORM!"  But the attack had no affect on Darklizardmon.

"I cant digivolve with out Rika...." Renamon shut her eyes sadly. "My partner is gone...."

A moan then came from Rikas lips.

"Henry.........." She said very weakly. "I'm sorry....."

"For what?" He asked.

"I wont be able to  help you run the castle....." She coughed.

"Rika....."

"Oh this is so sweet!" Darklizardmon growled.  "FIRE'S TAIL!!!" He then shot a string of fire going towards Henry and Rika.

"I guess this is it..." Henry kissed Rika's forehead and held her tightly. "So long my love....."

Darklizardmon's attack was then frozen.

"Whats this?!" He yelled.  Then a ghost like figure appeared before him.

"Queen Steena!" He gasped.  "I thought i killed you all those years ago!"

"You did but i will now allow you to hurt my daughter!"

Steena then lifed her arms into the air.  "GATES OF HEAVEN!"

A light then went into Rika fully healing her.

Rika slowly opended her eyes. "Huh?..."

"Rika!" Henry smiled. "Your alive!" He hugged her tightly.

"Henry...." She hugged him back.

"Now...." Steena looked at Darklizardmon. "To finish you off!"

Darklizardmon backed up. "Don't be foolish!"

"Oh gods from high above! Send this demon to where he will now harm anyone ever again!" A red light then shot into darklizardmon. More and more wrapped around him.

"NOOOOO!!! THIS CANNOT BE!!!!"

Then he dissapred.

"Queen Steena....." Henry looked up at her.  "You saved us."

"Thank you mother...." Rika smiled.

"Princess!" Vajramon and Pajiramon rushed over. "Are you okay?!"

"I'm fine..." Rika smiled.

"Thank goodness." Pajiramon sighed in relief.

"I'm glad your safe princess."  Vajramon  bowed. "We will do anything you wish."

"Very well." Rika stood up.  "I want you to get everything ready again for the wedding." Rika took Henry's hand. "Our wedding..."

"Very well!" Pajiramon bowed.

2 hours later....
 

Rika and Henry kissed passionately as everyone cheered.  When they parted  Pajiramon put a crown on Rika's head and Vajramon put a crown on Henry's head.

"May i present  King  Henry Lee and Princess Rika of Alexandra!"

Everyone then cheered once again for the couple.

"YAY!!!" Calumon shouted. "Now lets play!"

"WAY TO GO HENRY!!!" Takato yelled.

"YAY RIKA!" Jeri shouted.

"I always cry at weddings!" Kazu blew on a tissue.

"This is Rika's destiny...." Renamon smiled then faded into the shadows.
