Welcome to my Award Application! If you feel your website is worthy of this award, then feel free to apply.But, there are some ground rules;

  1. First and foremost, YOUR SITE CANNOT CONTAIN ANY PORNOGRAPHY, HATE, OR ANYTHING THAT WOULD BE CONSIDERED OFFENSIVE MATERIAL.This is a child and family friendly site and everyone wants to keep it that way.
  2. You must be at least 13 years old.If you are under 18, please get your parents permission, as per Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998.
  3. Your site cannot be under construction.If it is, you will be considered, but only after the site is finished.
  4. If you're site is too ad-driven.I know that providers such as GeoCities and Tripod are, but that will not be taken into consideration, as it is not the webmasters fault.
