The Title: Initially the title was going to be 'A Walk to Remember'. The title fit so well, but I decided that I would be more creative and not use it. I was actually in my dad's car thinking about possible titles and all of a sudden I came up with the plot for the chapter titled 'My Confession'. The idea of the title being in the story worked well, I think, although I still think 'A Walk to Remember' would've kicked butt!

Julie: I get a lot of stuff for using Amanda Latona as the banner picture for Julie, but she looks exactly like I wanted her to look, so she fit perfectly. Some people might say that Julie is a very cliche character for the Backstreet Boys fan fiction world, and in a way I purposely designed her that way. Since it's mainly in Nick's point of view, he sees her as the perfect girl, which is what makes Julie a bit of a cliche.

Foreshadowing: I didn't know whether to mention this, but this was the first time I'd really ever used it, so I figured what the heck. So if you reread it, you might want to look for it. The heart plays a role in this story. In many of the chapters someone touches someone's chest and feels their heartbeat or maybe even listens to it. I guess you'd almost have to over analyze the story though to really find it.
