October-November, 2001

Shannen Doherty (former Charmed Prue Halliwell), Max Martini (Saving Private Ryan), and Julian McMahon (Cole Turner in Charmed) are starring in a TV movie, "Another Day." It will air on USA Network on December 4th, 9 PM EST. Click here to read more about the movie and to see photo captions.

Disney studios will be releasing the movie Jailbreakers, starring Shannen Doherty and Antonio Sabato Jr. (he guest-starred in two episodes in season two of Charmed) and directed by William Friedkin. It was originally released in the theaters in 1994. The release of the DVD will be November 13, 2001. The video is out but not at a reasonable price yet. Story: "The 1950s: High school cheerleader's involvement with attractive hoodlum causes her problems, especially when he breaks out of jail to be with her. Unusual for depicting a motorcycle-riding rebel as a sociopath and the young heroine as irredeemable, but not very involving."

Please read below and sign the petition to Save Cole!
A petition has been started by a group of Charmed fan sites to ensure that actor Julian McMahon, stays on the show "Charmed" in his current role of Cole Turner. It has come to light that Julian will not be with the show much longer. From information gathered by this site, it has been found out, that there will be only 4- 5 episodes left to film with Julian starring. Fans must now unite to inform Charmed Productions and Spelling Television that this decision of theirs is not well received.
If you want Cole to stay on the show and Phoebe to be happy, click here to sign the petition.

June 2003 - Charmed Action Figures
Move over Angelina "Lara Croft" Jolie, Tomb Raider's heroine isn't the only femme fatale that S.O.T.A. is producing in action figure form! The heroines of the weekly TV show "Charmed" will get immortalized by the company next February.
SOTA president Jerry Macaluso previously worked on "Charmed" in his capacity as the head of special effects company, S.O.T.A. F/X. "The last (episode) we did, (the characters) got turned into little statues. We made little statue versions of them," he explains.
For S.O.T.A.'s "Charmed" action figure collection, the actresses were scanned from head to toe, and -- in contrast to the company's "Tomb Raider" toys -- "These won't be highly articulated. I love (MAC's Clayburn Moore's work), but this is my call out to Clay in a very fun, friendly, 'hopefully everything gets better in terms of quality' way. I want to kick Clay's butt. The first line won't (include former "Charmed" actress) Shannon Doherty. That's not to say we won't do her. It'll be the three witches (in the current cast) and then somebody else."

October 2003 - Holly's Pregnant!
MAGIC CONCEPTION: Charmed sorceress Holly Marie Combs reveals in the next issue of TV Guide magazine (on sale Monday) that she is expecting her first child with longtime boyfriend David Donoho in April. And, like magic, her character, Piper, is going to discover during February sweeps that she's pregnant, too. But since the good witch has no steady, who's the daddy? "Who says there is a father?" teases executive producer Brad Kern. (Well, you got me there.)
