A sadness fills my heart
as I realize our love
has fallen apart.

So many times we have tried
and so many a nights I have cried.

How can a love really survive
when only one person has truely tried.

I've told you the problems we share
but either you don't listen
or you don't care.

We even broke up once you and I,
but I took you back,
you said you'd try.

Now again, it's like it used to be,
and theres no more trying
left inside of me.

So now I sit here thinking of you.
Trying to decide what next to do.

Theres nothing left for us to try,
I guess its time to say
goodbye.
