ORIENTAL COOKING ( TOFU WITH CHILISAUCE)
ingredients: 4 servings
2 cakes of tofu SEASONNING
120 g ground lean pork 1 Teaspoon bean paste (oriental
1 tablespoon minced green onion section)
1 slice ginger 3 teaspoon soy sauce
1 clove garlic 1 teaspoon brown sugar
2 red peppers (slice them) 1/2 cup soup stock
2 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon corn starch
preparation:
1) chop green onion, ginger, garlic and red pepper, heat oil in the pan
fry and add meat, add seasonning, pour hot water over tofu, drain
and cut into small bit sizes.
2) add tofu gradually into the pan, stir and pour in soup stock.
simmer over low heat
3) thicken with cornstarch by diluted with cold water in a small bowl,
then add tehm into the pan serve with rice
