Momoko and Kazuya are getting married. As they were about to kiss, Momoko sees a stop sign in between them held by the priest. The priest turns out to be Yousuke, telling her that she shouldn't marry Kazuya and that her ring is not hers. Momoko shouts that it is an inheritance from her mother then when she looks at the ring, it disappears. It is all a dream as Momoko is woke up by her father, telling her that she will be late for school. Momoko notices that her ring is missing and starts to cry. Her father tells her that the ring is in its box so Momoko is relieved.
In Queen Reine Devila's kingdom, Reine Devila is punishing Aquelda for her failures but the last blast is shielded by Pluii. Pluii asks Reine Devila to deal with Aquelda even though Reine Devila wants to imprison her. Pluii then asks Aquelda to lend him her powers.
In Momoko's house, Momoko's father tells Momoko to leave the ring in the house but Momoko runs out of the house, saying she will not lose it and promises her 'dead' mother, that she will take her of it. As Momoko runs to school, Yousuke pops out and asks if the ring is a wedding ring. Momoko says that she has no plans to marry him, then she remembers her dream. Momoko becomes furious so she tries to hit Yousuke with her bag that Yousuke successfully evades but Momoko keeps on twirling her bag with a dazed Jamapi inside. Lucikly for Momoko but not for Yousuke, she hits him and Yousuke slips on an empty soda can that he hits a post. Momoko apologizes.
In the park near the fountain, Yousuke lies on Momoko's lap who is sitting on a bench. He has a wet handkerchief on his forehead. Momoko apologizes again to Yousuke. Momoko's ring sparkles and it helps lighten the mood. She asks Yousuke if he is alright and he says yes. Thinking that he is faking it, Momoko is about to hit him and leave him when Yousuke asks her if they can stay like this for a while. Momoko blushes and consents to his request. In the fountain, Aquelda appears for she has felt love is in the air then sees Momoko's ring, thinking it is a symbol of love.
Yousuke stand up and tells her that since they are already late for school, he will get themselves a drink and he runs off, telling her to wait for him. Jamapi says that he felt that Aquelda is nearby. Aquelda quickly uses the water to grab Momoko and Aquelda is able to grab the ring from Momoko, leaving Momoko wet in the fountain. Yousuke comes back and finds Momoko in the fountain. Yousuke asks what she is doing in the fountain. Momoko tells him that her ring is gone. In Dark Kingdom, Aquelda gives Pluii the ring and they rejoice.
In the park, Yousuke jumps in the fountain, trying to find the ring but Momoko tells him that it is not there. As Yousuke walks her home, he asks if she is still sad because of the ring. Momoko says that it is from her mother. In Momoko's house, her father is surprised to see her all wet. Yousuke gives Momoko's father her bag and left. Later on, Momoko's father looks at their family picture, saying to Momoko's mother that he will tell Momoko the truth. When Momoko came out of the bathroom, her father asks her to sit down. Then, he tells her that her mother is still alive and may return one day so the ring is not really an inheritance. It is one night when Sakura, Momoko's mother tells her husband that she will be leaving and promises to return. Sakura looks sadly at her husband and little Momoko who is sleeping on the sofa. She kisses him and left. Momoko's father chases her but she disappears. He only sees some sparkling glows and the ring floats down to him. Momoko now knows that her mother is still alive but she wonders why their enemies wants her ring.
In class, Yousuke is looking for Momoko in her classroom. Yuri and Hinagiku asks him whom he is looking for and if it is Momoko. Yousuke denies it. Yuri says that Momoko is not here and she might be sick. Yousuke wonders out loud if it is because of the cold water. Hinagiku starts to question Yousuke as to what he knows. They start to tease Yousuke to tell the truth as Hinagiku holds him in a head grip. Suddenly, Momoko enters the classroom. They ask her if it is Yousuke's fault that she is sad. Momoko shakes her head. Yousuke frees himself from Hinagiku and looks worried at Momoko.
Meanwhile, Pluii and Aquelda plans to find the owner of the ring since it is not an ordinary ring. Pluii asks Aquelda to lend him her powers and in return, he will protect her. Aquelda agrees. Momoko's ring is enclosed in a crystal. In school, Yousuke shows a ring in a box to Kazuya. Yousuke asks him to give it to Momoko as a favor. Yousuke wants her to think that it is from Kazuya since she likes Kazuya. Kazuya tells him that he should give it to her personally so that she'll know his (Yousuke) feelings for her. Yousuke denies it and tells Kazuya that Momoko will be more happy if it comes from Kazuya.
Momoko is delighted that Kazuya gives her a ring but Kazuya tells her that it is from Yousuke who is worried about her since she is not happy. Momoko is surprised by this revelation. As Kazuya is leaving, he tells Momoko that Yousuke is in the swimming pool area, cleaning since it is his duty that day. As the three girls are going home from school, Yuri and Hinagiku ask her what did Kazuya tell her. Momoko stops walking then tells them that she has to do something and they go ahead. She runs back to school.
Yousuke is brushing the swimming pool sides with a brush-mop when Momoko comes with a brush-mop, telling him to move aside. She tells him that she is good in cleaning the sides of swimming pools and asks Yousuke if he needs help. They challenge each other as to who is the better cleaner and started running that they trip and fall down. Momoko shows him the ring on her finger, the one that he gave her and thanks him for it. Yousuke starts to deny it then realize that Kazuya must have told her the truth. Suddenly, water dragons come out of the swimming pool with Aquelda and Pluii. Momoko shouts at them to return her mother's ring so Yousuke learns that they are the ones who took Momoko's ring.
The water dragons tries to attack them. Yousuke manages to hit them with his brush-mop but it broke. Yousuke tries to protect Momoko by hugging her (shielding her with his body) as the water dragon starts to attack again. Suddenly, Yousuke starts to glow and creates a barrier around them that prevents the water dragons from attacking. Pluii and Aquelda were surprised by it. Yousuke then weakens as the glow and barrier disappears. Yousuke tells Momoko to be careful then he falls unconscious. Momoko is hit and she falls in the swimming pool as Pluii wonders what kind of power that protected them.
In the swimming pool, Momoko transforms into Wedding Peach and fights with Aquelda and Pluii. Angel Daisy comes and freezes the water dragons. Angel Lily catches Aquelda and Wedding Peach sends her to happy land but before she disappear, Aquelda outstretches her hand to Pluii, saying she loves him and he's the reason why she had joined. Pluii just stares at her, does not quite know what to do then he retreats, promising to return. Momoko wakes Yousuke up and he immediately embraces Momoko, trying to protect her from those who took her ring. Momoko is surprised by this. Yuri and Hinagiku teases him for dreaming, as a happy Momoko hugs him back. Yuri and Hinagiku asks them if they have a relationship so Momoko and Yousuke blushes. Momoko pushes Yousuke away and Yousuke falls in the swimming pool. Yuri and Hinagiku laughs as Momoko looks at the Yousuke, shouting at them angrily.
