Everyone is excited about the dance and the school festival. Momoko, Yuri and Hinagiku opens an octopus ball stall. They also helps in decorating the stadium for the dance and wonders who will get a dance with Kazuya. Natomi, the organizer comes to supervise. Yuri tells them that Natomi is also interested in Kazuya. That night, Takuruu who tries to convince Igunisu to leave him alone is instead being convinced by Igunisu to get into an agreement that in exchange for power and his wishes to come true, in return for Takuruu to help him in looking for Wedding Peach and the other Love Angels. The agreement is sealed by a bracelet on Takuruu.
In school, Takuruu single-handedly re-decorated everything. Everyone is surprised and Natomi (the one-in-charge of the festival) praises him. Takuruu then asks Momoko to dance with him. Yuri and Hinagiku pushes Momoko to him so that they could get Kazuya. Natomi asks Takuruu to help elsewhere so Momoko is freed for the moment as she wonders what to do.
During the festival, there are many booths selling different things. The three girls are selling octopus balls. Kazuya goes to their stand and they learn that he does not have a date yet. Takuruu comes by and starts to pester Momoko for a dance as she tries to get away from him. Yousuke is teaching soccer in a classroom as an activity. Momoko goes to him to ask for help. Takuruu follows her in the room. Yousuke finds it funny that Takuruu falling for Momoko and says that he does not want to interfere with their problems. Momoko is angry and disappointed with his attitude so she quickly left. Yousuke's friends tell Yousuke that Momoko is really depending on him to help her. This made Yousuke guilty of what he did.
As Takuruu looks for Momoko, he saw Natomi who thanks him for his help and tells him that she loves his work very much. Igunisu feels that love and goes out of Takuruu to summon Blackie (a bat monster) to find the source of that love, thinking it is Wedding Peach. In their octopus stand, Momoko brings some curry and rice, telling the others to try it as she will take care of their stall. Yousuke comes by and bought some. Then, he apologizes to Momoko for what he did and tells her that he will definitely help her next time. Momoko is touched by Yousuke's apology.
Blackie appears and attacks Natomi and her friends. Yuri and Hinagiku see it so they quickly transform as Jamapi calls Momoko. Angel Lily and Angel Daisy lead Blackie outside in order not to injure Natomi and the others. Wedding Peach comes to help. Igunisu tells Takuruu to hurry up and find the Love Angels who is fighting Blackie. The three love angels send Blackie to happy land. Takuruu with Igunisu finds Natomi and her friends unconscious so Igunisu realizes that they are not the Love Angels.
In the dance, Natomi asks Kazuya to dance. Yuri and Hinagiku are disappointed that they did not ask Kazuya first so they just dance with each other. Takuruu is sad that Yousuke and Momoko are already dancing together.
