As reporters for their school newspaper, Momoko, Yuri and Hinagiku interviews students from other school about the rules and regulations of their school in the street. Then, Kazuya comes by and they try beat each other as to who will interview him so Kazuya leaves while they are still arguing. Meanwhile, some monsters carry a stone where Petoraa is sealed in and bring it to Reine Devila. Reine Devila releases Petoraa who transform to a kung-fu person in Chinese type clothes. [He reminds me of Bruce Lee]
The three girls are still looking for someone to interview when Hinagiku see Petoraa walking ahead of them. She calls him but when she realizes that he is not a student, she leaves. Petroraa gets angry for being called for nothing so he starts shouting and challenges Hinagiku to a fight. They fight and Hinagiku wins when she karate flips him. Momoko and Yuri drag Hinagiku away to escape. Petoraa is angry for being defeated by a teenager. Hammer [muscle man with mouse ears and two hammers at the back] appears and tells him that Petoraa has weakened because he is sealed for such a long time. Hammer reveals a strength tester machine [like the one in fairs wherein one hits a lever with a hammer and if the small metal rings the bell above, then you are strong] Hammer just pushes the button and it hits the bell on top. Petoraa hits it to test his strength but the metal thing only goes up in a few inches and he even hurt his hand. Petoraa vow to practice to regain his strength.
Petoraa goes to Hinagiku's school and meet with the principal. He tries to convince the principal to make him a teacher in their school to discipline the students. Basically, he wants revenge on Hinagiku for humiliating him. The principal disagrees. Hammer hits him and he is hypnotized. Petoraa calls himself Iwamoto as the new teacher. Outside the principal office, Hinagiku and others see him being appointed as a teacher and they are frightened of what he may do to them. Iwamoto calls for the students to assemble at the gym. The principal introduces him as the teacher who will be in charge of the student affairs. Iwamoto starts his speech when he opens his eyes to look at the students, he is surprised to see no one is in the gym. Iwamoto is very angry and starts saying that the students are not discipline enough and disobedient. Hinagiku and others comes by and tells him that it is their vacation so no one is in school. Iwamoto decides to cut their vacation short and make more strict rules.
In a restaurant, the three girls pour out their problems with the new teacher to Scarlet. Then, they immediately hide when Iwamoto sees them since they are sitting near the window. The three girls then drag Scarlet with them and run away. Iwamoto tells Hammer to make the students obey him. In the park, Scarlet suggests that they write about the new teacher in their school paper to get the other students to protest against the new rules of the teacher. The three girls agree that it is a brilliant idea and that they will write about it immediately.
That night, when Yuri and Hinagiku get hit by Hammer that they are hynotized. Hammer goes to Momoko's room to hit her but she is not there. Jamapi sees him and goes out to warn Momoko. Hammer then leads the students whom he has hit and hynotized to the park. Somewhere in the park, Momoko meets with Yousuke to ask him for support along with the soccer team against Iwamoto and his new rules. Momoko and Yousuke decide to tell the others. While walking, they get embarrassed with each other since they are in the area where lovers usually have their moments together. They immediately tell each other not to misunderstand the situation that they are not lovers.
Then, they see Hammer with the other students. Hammer throws his hammer at the direction of Momoko but Yousuke hugs her to shield her. He forms a blue-colored barrier which is hit by the hammer and he falls unconscious. Hammer throws his hammer again but it is hit by Angel Salvia who is called by Jamapi. Hammer tells the students to attack Angel Salvia. Hammer and Petoraa watches Angel Salvia who is quite helpless since she does not want to hurt the students including Yuri and Hinagiku. Momoko transforms and fights with Hammer. Wedding Peach then sends him to happy land. The students fall unconscious as Petoraa retreats. In school, the next day, Momoko and others are holding a protest againt Iwamoto and is supported by the soccer team including Yousuke and Kazuya. Iwamoto comes and challenges them.
