I have also found a picture of the arms, with the crest, in ref #19. This reference gives a description but not an actual blazon or lists who it was granted to.
The balzon for the arms is: Gules a mullet argent a chief or.
The crest is: A mascle or.

About the Annis FamilyCormac "Charles" Annis is listed as one of the earliest residents in Newbury, MA. According to ref. #4 he may have introduced potatoes into Newbury.
