Sweet Apple Fruit Porridge

Ingredients:
Rice
Apples
Brown sugar
Other fruit (optional): pear, peaches, your choice!


Method:
1. Cook rice and leave it overnight
2. In the morning, cut some peeled apples (or other fruits) into small pieces
3. Boil about 1/4 to 1/3 pot of water (you don't want your porridge to be too watery)
4. Put apples or fruit into boiling water with rice. Stir occasionally on a low-medium heat

Brown Sugar Sauce
In a blender, blend 1-2 unpeeled apples with one cup of brown sugar dissolved in water.

Eat porridge with sauce for breakfast :-)
