Rice Dessert

Ingredients:
Gluten rice
Brown sugar
Raisins
Method:
1. Cook gluten rice in a rice cooker (just like how you cook normal rice)
2. Put raisins in a bowl of hot water to soak
3. Put and mix raisins with brown sugar to the gluten rice (to taste) and should be sticky
4. On a tray, flatten the gluten rice mixture with cling wrap on top so that it doesn't stick onto your roller.
5. Put tray in fridge so it's cold
6. Cut it out into slices and eat up!
