Flowers! Flowers! Those pretty little things...

Wild trees on the right and our national flower, Ms Joaquim (aka the Orchid) on the left, blooming and growing, each stem and branch trying to reach heaven before the other...

How does the picture on the right with all its yellow flowers look? Seems like it was taken in autumn at some foreign country? Well, it was taken in autumn.. but this scene actually exists in Singapore... one of my fav photos...

Saving the best for the last...

This is a must-see for me whenever I visit the Botanic Gardens.. I simply love this bronze-casted statue depicting a girl riding a bicycle... I don't know why this statue appeals to me so greatly... Every visit doesn't feel complete without taking a look at this.Maybe its the carefree attitude that this embodies, maybe it's because she is doing something she loves under Mother Nature's careful watch...

"Girl cycling" ... as stated on the plaque found near the statue. As simply stated  as it was made out to be...
