3. On a farm in the country-side there are nine crows sitting on a barbed-wire fence. A farmer comes along with a shotgun and shoots two of them. How many crows will remain? None as the survivors will fly away.
4. On a farm there are three paddocks. In one paddock there are seven stacks of hay, in the second paddock there are 8 stacks of hay. There is no hay in the third paddock. The farmer then combines all of the haystacks from the first and second paddocks into the third paddock. How many haystacks will the farmer now have? One, as they were all combined.
5. There are 12 pennies in a dozen. How many half-pennies are there? Twelve of anything still makes a dozen.
6. There is a duck in front of a duck, a duck in the middle of some ducks and a duck behind a duck. What is the minimum amount of ducks that there can be? Three.
7. If Geoff had eleven apples and you took away two. How many would you have? You would have two, the two you took away.
8. Seven months have 31 days. How many months have 28 days. Twelve - every month has at least 28 days.
9. How many of each type of animal did Moses take onto the ark? None, it was Noah.
10. On which side of a chicken are the most feathers? On the outside.
11. What was the President's name in 1985? Same as it is now, in all probability.
12. What do cows drink? Water, unless you're in Japan where they might drink beer.
13. What weighs more, a kilogram of feathers or a kilogram of lead? They weigh the same.
14. A scientist lives in a hut from which he walks one kilometer directly south. He then hikes exactly one kilometer directly east. He then sees a bear and in terrible fright runs for one kilometer directly north back to the hut. What colour was the bear? White, the only place that the scientist could have been is at the North Pole.
15. An electric train is travelling at 90 kilometers per hour due south. A wind from the north is blowing at 95 kilometers per hour. Which way will the smoke go? There will be no smoke on the electric train.
