Somewhere out there something drew me closer to the light
A lovely gleaming vision filled my heart and soul with love
I had found my angel sent from heaven up above
When we embraced I never felt a love that was so
strong
Finally I found the one I've waited for so long
When I gazed upon her face my heart just skipped a beat
My prayers had been answered by an angel oh so sweet
Two stars become one as the moonlit sky gives way
The sun shines so much brighter now with each and every day
As I wake and see my angel lying next to me
