Today is a miracle

Soon it will be September the 11th. This was the day when I learned to appreciate each day of my life and started to thank for every single moment I share with my love ones. It is because today is a miracle, so was yesterday and so will be tomorrow.

Having today to wake to, I give thanks.
Thanks for allowing this day.
Thanks for all you have given me.

The days I take for granted are over.
Allowing you within my heart
has given me vision.
You have shown me the strength to see within.

Today is indeed a miracle.
As was yesterday.
So will be tomorrow.
As these miracles continue.

There are no more questions as to why.
I have found acceptance of what each day brings.
Knowledge to see what others may overlook.
The wisdom to know miracles can happen.

As I enjoy the miracle of today.
Looking forward to everything this day will bring.
Promises made to always remember.
Today is more than just another day.
