"Believe in angels..."

Welcome to Lolo's Crow Page! This page consists of graphics, links, sounds, movies, news and other miscellaneous information concerning our favorite movie The Crow. I have set up a Brandon Lee page, but have not had time to complete the construction. Also among these pages lies my Crow Art Gallery, displaying my Crow-related artwork. If you would be so kind, sift through the site, sign the guestbook and return with a friend. Please click on the Best of the Crow Top 20 to advance this site's standing! Over 2000 visitors since October '98! Thank you all!

"People once believed that when someone dies, a crow carries their soul to the land of the dead. But sometimes, something so bad happens that a terrible sadness is carried with it; and the soul can't rest. Then sometimes, just sometimes, the crow can bring that soul back to put the wrong things right..."

Over Thanksgiving break I went with my marching band to the Hard Rock Cafe in Hollywood. There, on the wall, right in front of my eyes, was a Crow artifact - Brandon Lee's smashed guitar. After basking in it's ethereal glow, I immediately snapped the picture, and scanned it. Click on the thumbnail to see the full size image.

"A building gets torched. All that is left is ashes. I used to think that was true about everything - families, friends, feelings. But now I know that sometimes, if love proves real, two people who are meant to be together; nothing can keep them apart."

In A Lonely Place...
Rather than being akin to light-hearted sitcom-esque material, The Crow is a great moody, dark and Goth story. It brings out one of man's most haunting fears - being totally, utterly, alone. It is a chilling thought, and I dread ever having the experience. The story of the Crow also gives us a look into yet another concept of the afterlife. It is a different idea, not the Heaven and Hell bit we are accustomed to seeing. Previous to seeing the movie and reading J. O'Barr's book, I was ignorant as to what role the Crow played in ancient mythological beliefs. It has opened up a new world for me to explore. Now, let's just hope that the third installment to this series is better than the second.

"If people we love are stolen from us, the way to have them live on is to never stop loving them. Buildings burn, people die, but real love is forever..."
