Alternate Ability Level Estimates
Gundam Wing
These ability levels were compiled because of the need to show that it is possible that not all the Gundams are equal.  The Heavyarms and Sandrock did not receive a full overhaul that the Deathscythe and Shenlong did, thus it is possible that the minor refits add to much less than the total ability than seen in their respective sections.  These abilities will try to stay consistent, but alternative options will also be listed.
Heavyarms Kai

Fighting 110 - no change

Weapons 170 - 10 points added from the addition of the second beam gatling

Speed 120 - 10 points added to increase speed and maneuverability for space combat

Power 145 - 5 points added to handle the weight of the dual beam gatling

Armor 140 - no change

Total 685

It is possible that the 5 points to power were not added, but this is necessary to stay consistent with the Sandrock upgrade.
Sandrock Kai

Fighting 120 - no change

Weapons 125 - 5 points added from the addition of the beam machinegun

Speed 120 - 10 points added to increase speed and maneuverability for space combat

Power 150 - no change

Armor 170 - 10 points added to stay consistent with the other Gundams' main attribute being 170 after upgrades

Total 685

It is possible that the Sandrock Kai still has only 160 armor, but base weight suggests an upgrade in this area.
Endless Waltz
Given the amount of removed weaponry from the Endless Waltz mecha, these ability levels were created to show what the Gundams might have been upgraded to.  Note that the Gundam Wing upgrades have no effect on these estimates.  It is assumed that these variants were made directly from the originals, but the comparisons of actual abilities are being compared with the Gundam upgrades. These abilities are also considered absolute minimums.
Wing Zero

Fighting 140 - loss of shield subrtracts 10 points

Weapons 150 - no change

Speed 160 - no change

Power 140 - no change

Armor 140 - no change

Total 730

A maximum of 10 points could be removed from armor due to the loss of the shield, but this is unlikely.
Deathscythe Hell

Fighting 140 - no change

Weapons 100 - 20 point loss from the removal of the buster shield

Speed 170 - no change

Power 120 - no change

Armor 140 - no change

Total 670

Fighting could be 150, but the beam scissors seem to be a standard beam scythe with a different name.
Heavyarms Kai

Fighting 100 - removal of the army knife subtracts 10 points

Weapons 190 - doubling of beam gatlings and doubling of chest gatlings adds 20 points

Speed 120 - no change

Power 140 - no change

Armor 140 - no change

Total 690

See
Weapon Ability Levels for more information on how added weaponry adds to specific abilities.
Sandrock Kai

Fighting 120 - no change

Weapons 100 - loss of homing missiles subtracts 20 points

Speed 120 - no change

Power 150 - no change

Armor 170 - no change

Total 660

The Endless Waltz Sandrock Kai is most confusing.  The enlarged heat shotels could add 10 points to fighting, and the shoulder armor could add 20 points to armor.  However, since Endless Waltz eliminates all consistencies, it is also possible the Sandrock Kai only has 160 base armor.
Altron

Fighting 170 - loss of flamethrowers subtract nothing

Weapons 100 - loss of flamethrowers and beam cannons subtract 30 points

Speed 130 - no change

Power 140 - no change

Armor 120 - no change

Total 660

The longer and more flexible dragon fangs could add a maximum of 20 points to fighting.
Endless Waltz Mobile Suits
The Endless Waltz Mobile Suits, Tallgeese III and Serpent, are loosely based on some Gundam Wing Mobile Suit designs, thus the same rules and abilities will still apply.
Tallgeese III

Fighting 140 - 40 from heat rod, beam sabers add nothing to fighting

Weapons 150 - subtracted 10 point from the loss of the dober gun, 50 points added from the mega cannon

Speed 150 - no change

Power 130 - no change

Armor 120 - no change

Total 690

The Tallgeese series never received any ability from the beam sabers.
Serpent

Fighting 100 - no close combat weapons

Weapons 140 - 20 points from the 16 missiles and 20 points from the dual gatling cannon

Speed 125 - standard Taurus, Vayeate, Mercurius, Virgo, and Virgo II speed

Power 110 - standard Taurus, Vayeate, Virgo, and Virgo II power

Armor 120 - standard Virgo and Virgo II armor

Total 595
