Explanations: Wing Gundam Zero without wings
The Wing Zero lost 2 wing vulcans and a shield.  Given how the Wing to Wing Zero upgrade didn't look to add or subtract anything but still increased in abilities, the Wing Zero will be generally unexplained other than to stay consistent.  Fighting was increased 10 points, the minor loss of the wing vulcans will keep weapons at 150, speed was increased 15 points from the addition of 4 very large "wings".  Power as increased 10 points to handle these 4 wings and armor will stay the same due to the loss of a shield but the addition of the wings.
Tactical Analysis on the Wing Gundam Zero
The Wing Zero is a versatile Gundam, combining great speed, strength, and both close and long-range weapons into a single Mobile Suit.  Having lost the ability to transform into a Mobile Armor mode, the Wing Zero is still equipped with the Zero System, and can fly via the four giant wings mounted on its back.  The Wing Zero specializes in no particular area, but still manages to excel in all of them.

Weapon Analysis:

2x machine cannon - mounted on the Wing Zero's shoulders, these quad-barrelled machine cannons can penetrate through Titanium armor, and are the Wing Zero's only ranged weapon should the twin buster rifle be not available or inappropriate to use.

1x twin buster rifle - at least as powerful as the Wing Zero's twin buster rifle, this new version is also able to be split into two separate weapons.  A very accurate weapon, the twin buster rifle can break through even defenses placed underground.

2x beam saber - stored within the Wing Zero's shoulders for easy access, the beam saber is an efficient close-range weapon, although still not as powerful as some of the other Gundams' melee beam blades.
