Tactical Discussion of the Altron Gundam

After the original Shenlong was captured, it was upgraded to the Altron.  The Altron has the highest fighting ability in Gundam Wing.  The upgrades to the Shenlong eliminated its one weakness, lack of range.  The Altron has two beam cannons, which add long range capabilities and superior power.  For close range, another dragon fang was added, as well as 2 flamethrowers.  The single beam glaive was upgraded to a twim beam trident, which allows the Altron to strike enemies on either end of the staff.  The only thing the Altron still suffers from is relatively light armor.  The Altron must use its decent speed to avoid enemy attacks. Weapon Analysis: 2x vulcan - the main use of these low-caliber machineguns has not changed.

1x twin beam trident - this upgraded beam glaive has a 3 pronged thermal energy blade at either end, making spinning attacks much more efficient, and saving the Altron the bother of turning the weapon around to attack from the other side.

2x dragon fang - now equipped with both a right and left extendable arm, the Altron can plow the dragon fangs through enemy suits on either side if it gets surrounded. 4x flamethrower - the Altron can now reduce the enemy to ash in half the time, as well as spin and cover the surrounding area with a stream of flame.

2x beam cannon - the only long range weapon available to the Altron, these beam cannons can punch through even Mobile Doll Gundanium armor.
