The Gundam Epyon is the most advanced Gundam in Gundam Wing. It lacks in none of its abilities, and like the Wing Zero, also uses the Zero system, giving it a much faster reaction time and superior close combat abilties, where the Epyon must do all of its fighting, lacking any ranged weaponry. However limited to melee, the Epyon's weaponry spells almost certain death if an enemy if striked with any weapon in the Epyon's arsenal. Also like the Wing Zero, the Epyon can transform into a mobile armor mode, giving the Epyon great range and speed. The Epyon was primarily designed for dueling, something it excels at greatly.

1x beam sword - retracted on the Epyon's right hip when on in use, this beam sword is directly connected to the Epyon's fusion reactor by a power cord, which gives it the highest output and power of any handheld melee beam weapon in Gundam Wing. The beam sword is fully capable of destroying even spacecraft in a single blow. |

1x heat rod - this weapon is connected to the Epyon's shield on its left arm. Consisting of several flexible joints, the heat rod acts like a bladed whip, and can only be controlled by an excellent pilot. When the rod is heated, it is capable of slicing through even Gundanium armor.
vulcans? - in episode 49 of Gundam Wing, when Epyon and Wing Zero are fighting in Block A of Libra, they had crashed through a hatch and the Epyon rose above the Wing Zero. The Wing Zero responded with machine cannon fire, and you see return fire coming from above. As far as it is known, there were no other Mobile Suits in the room. The Gundam Epyon might possess some sort of vulcan or machine cannon system. |
