Tactical Discussion on the Mercurius |
The Mercurius was built to be a completely defensive Mobile Suit, with its primary responsibility being the protection of itself and its comrade, the Vayeate. The Mercurius lacks in weapons ability, but makes up for it with close combat abilities and a high power level. While the Vayeate charges up from a range, the Mercurius would keep the enemy distracted with a barrage of melee attacks.

1x beam gun - a weak and inaccurate beam weapon carried in the Mercurius' left hand, this beam gun is generally used for distraction and is the only long range weapon at the Mercurius' disposal.
1x crash shield - carried in the Mercurius' right hand, this shield contains a central beam blade that can slice through armor. The crash shield can also increase its output to the blade to cut through tougher armor materials, but at the risk of overloading the shield.
10x planet defensors - these round disks can each be controlled individually, setting up a a barrier between the enemy and the user. These defensors provide the main defense for the Mercurius and the Vayeate. In times of improvisation, the disks can function offensively by flying parallel to each other toward the enemy, with an electrical charge surging between each disk. |
