The Taurus is a Mobile Suit with the ability to transform into a fighter, gaining speed and range, but decreasing maneuverability. The original prototypes were white in color, and were changed to black when they were sent into space for combat, where the Taurus specializes in battle. The Taurus was also one of the first Mobile Suits that was made to house the Mobile Doll program, although squadrons of these Mobile Doll Taurus' were lead by a Taurus with a human pilot.
Weapon Analysis:
1x beam rifle - accurate and with a decent fire rate, the Taurus' beam rifle is far more powerful than the standard Aries chain rifle. The beam rifle can destroy another Taurus in one shot, and even damage Gundanium armor.

1x beam cannon - larger and more powerful than the beam rifle, the beam cannon can penetrate straight through a standard Taurus' armor, and can destroy a Gundam if shot in a critical area.
2x beam saber? - seen in episode 33, Quatre, piloting a Taurus, sliced two Virgo Mobile Dolls with a beam saber in each hand.
1x laser cannon - usually mounted on shuttles and carriers, this weapon was used by OZ Taurus Mobile Dolls in episode 41 of Gundam Wing to destroy White Fang Virgo II Mobile Dolls. The highly focused laser beams penetrated straight through the Virgo II's planet defensors. However, the Taurus' were not programmed for this weapon type and after overheating, the laser cannons exploded leaving the Taurus' unarmed. |
