Orders and Chapters in Union
I: ORDERS IN UNION
Union is a neutrally aligned Sovereignty designed 'so all could be called to any and even
their minions may be the same'. In this context Orders were established so those of similar
interests may join on the internet or local Chapter (see Chapter II) to engage in their chosen activities.
A: Order Definitions
1. An Order of Union is a group of gamers united in a singular pursuit, be it a game, activity or similar enterprise. While none are limited to only this endeavor Order membership describes the primary calling of said member.
2. Any Union Member may petition for entry into any established Order provided they meet all requirements setforth by the Leader (LR) of said Order. Likewise, while a Member may belong to only one Order, transfer to another is possible at anytime for any reason under these conditions.
3. The LS maintains all powers of attorney over all Order activities, including but not limited to copyright agreements, affiliations and memberships.
B: Order Formation
1. An Order may be formed in Union where five or more Members wish to create a forum for a new game, activity or similar enterprise in Union or, under some circumstances, where such a forum exists. The LR of an Order may take on any title he so desires provided it is acceptable of LS, HC and, if applicable CC. The remaining four members may take titles as suggested below or as needed by said Order and LR:

II: CHAPTERS IN UNION

A: Chapter Definitions
1. A Chapter of Union is a group of gamers united in a singular locality who have joined together to promote Union in that locality. While none are limited to only this endeavor Order membership describes the primary calling of said member.
2. Any Union Member may petition for entry into any established Chapter provided they meet all requirements setforth by the Leader (LR) of said Chapter. Likewise, while a Member may belong to only one Chapter, transfer to another is possible at anytime for any reason under these conditions.
3. The LS maintains all powers of attorney over all Chapter activities, including but not limited to copyright agreements, affiliations and memberships.
B: Chapter Formation
1. A Chapter may be formed in Union where five or more Members wish to create a forum for a location where five Union members live or have access to. The LR of a Chapter may take on any title he so desires provided it is acceptable of LS, HC and, if applicable CC. The remaining four members may take titles as suggested below or as needed by said Order and LR:

a. Sees to the proper functioning of the Order in case of any absence of the LR.
b. Sees that all Union Law as they pertain to various areas of the Order are being obeyed and properly administered.
c. Acts as or nominates a Judge in matters of Union Civil Law disputes.
a. Notation of all Order missives and records.
b. Distribution of said missives and records as needed by the Order.
c. Acts as or appoints an Ambassador to other Union Orders and other realms as needed in seeing to Union interests.
a. Seeing all holdings are kept in order and/or are up to date.
b. Maintaining contact with the LR on these findings.
c. Acts as or assigns duties of a Minister in times of Union marriages, christenings and other such events.
a. Maintaining a seperate account for funds strictly earned by Union activities, excluding those so earned by the Treasurer himself.
b. Seeing that all Order funds are appropriately distributed (including a minimum of a 10% tithe to the Chapter of Union Home) and all books pertaining to such are complete, accessible and up to date.
c. Acts as or assigns duties of a Purchaser for all Order sponsored events.
