I'm the woman who reads cookbooks and finds them at least as interesting as the most riveting novel. My collection of recipes will never rival the number my mother has amassed....a fact for which my husband is ever-so-thankful, as he must provide housing for not only my cookbooks and clippings, but the many mouths which consume the fare resulting from my endless quest for new culinary creations.
