I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes:
            I hate the work of them that turn aside;
            it shall not cleave to me.
            Psalms 101:3

            Jesus Christ died on the cross of Calvary for our sins.  Following is a list (not exhaustive) of sins that are via television paraded before our eyes in programming and commericals and called "entertainment".

            Those People to Whom Tolerance Shall Not Be Extended

            If or when we spend minutes or hours of our days watching television, we should be mindful of what we're choosing to view or absorb.  Is it edifying?  Does it honor the Lord?  Could I be spending my time in more fruitful pursuits?

            By much slothfulness the building decayeth;
            and through idleness of the hands
            the house droppeth through.

            Ecclesiastes 10:18

            Sisters, we must prayerfully and honestly consider if we are setting any wicked things before our eyes, before our children's eyes.

            See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil.  Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord [is].  Ephesians 5:15-17
