| ...reminiscing on our childhood days, when musicians would gather during the Christmas festivities--and with a cuatro strumming, maracas shaking, bongo and toc-toc playing--would go from door-to-door greeting everyone with the sweet sounds of "parang" music... WELCOME TO "LOS PARRANDEROS" A Toronto-based musical group, formed in 1987, whose members originally came from Trinidad, Venezuela and Barbados. The group continues to volunteer their time and fees to raise funds for children's organizations and spread their Caribbean and Latin American musical heritage at various multicultural events.
