The tour consisted of a drive through some of the residential parts of San Angelo, a drive along the river past a garden and Fort Concho, and then throughthe business section which was followed by a stop at the university. The last stop was in old town with time available to visit the many boutiques and Milles' Bordello.
There was an extensive display of Tom Green County photos at the University. The visitors were asked to identify any of the Sailors they knew in the photos and this was done.

This is a close-up Photo of the ships logo plaque that was presented to the University.

The ancestors of the Dalton and James gangs were staying at the same hotel we were. At all times of the day you would see these scroungy trail bums walking around and it made you wonder if the old west was still alive.

. When we visited Old Town we found the gangs up to their old tricks. They were robbing stores and banks. Funny though, everyone knew it was staged but no one went up against all those guns. Just in case, you know.
