The excitement grew as the time approached to board the bus that would take us to the ship. Some shipmates engaged in conversations about experiences. Others shared old photos. Others just relaxed and waited for the bus.The following photos show all of this.

When we were aboard and left the ship in a liberty boat we frequently looked back at our ship and felt a sense of pride. This was our ship and she ran effeciently, effectively, and looked good besides. Many of the crew felt a sense of sadness when they saw the poor condition of this ships exterior. Did you?
