Gene has made a selection of a dining cruise on San Diego Bay as an optional activity to be conducted on Saturday, September 18th. This cruise is said to be the ultimate waterfront dining experience.
Gene has received a considerable amount of input on his initial request for the preference of his shipmates for a Brunch Cruise or a Dinner Cruise. The large majority desired a Dinner Cruise and many sent in letters requesting that all the shipmates remain together instead of being split up into 2 groups. This input resulted in Gene's decision to limit the Harbor Cruise to the Dinner Cruise.

Vegetable Lasagna featuring spinach, carrots, broccoli, Ricotta and Mozzarella cheeses layered between ribbons of pasta and topped with roasted Red Bell Pepper cream sauce.
A dark chocolate valise, filled with a rich chocolate mousse resting on a bed of strawberry lace.
Fresh roasted regular and decaffeinated coffee
