sample drawing:
This is my sample drawing of a 2-d
cad drawing. Though I am still an amateur in the cad department, the
program allows even the most inexperienced of users to create a drawing
as accurate as a pro. The beauty of cad is that no matter how terrible
someone may be at drawing, their images still come out perfect with the
aid of the cad program. See the bottom of this page for links to other
cad programs.
With the cad program certain buttons are available to the user
which allow for a more accurate drawing. The "snap" button
allows the user to go from a point A to point B on the dots. The
"grid" button allows the user to create a grid, at any desired
size, in order to make drawings of precision dimensions more easily.
Finally the "ortho" button keeps the drawer from making a
diagonal line so as to ensure that all lines are straight without the
possibility of error. The "realtive cordinates" button also
allows the user to plug in the exact location of where he/she would like
a line to be drawn.
