I needed to design stylized makeup for an inanimate object. Now, I racked my brain for a while on this assignment. I wasn't going to try a flower, or a door, or a window view of a sunset...try drawing all that on your face. I mean, people have done things like that and they turn out great...but I only had a 2 hour class and my brain power has been drained for the quarter...
But I digress...like always...
I saw my Ryo-Ohki plush doll and thought, "What the hell? It's worth a shot!" I asked Katina if it was alright to use Ryo-Ohki, and she thought that it was a great idea. This turned out to my FAVORITE assignment! I love the way it looks! Unfortunately...I only have 2 pictures...but I have the design sheet still! I used Ben Nye makeup for this assignment...which is usually all I use. My hair was just tied into ponytails on each side and I applied some Ben Nye hair grey to look like Ryo-Ohki's white ear fur.
