Mina was actually the first Sailor Scout to appear.  She was guided by Artemis in England.  Serena and practically everyone else thought that Sailor V was cool and looked up to her as an idol. She had all of this merchandise made for her, including video games (Serena' favorite).  Mina is always willing to help. Like Serena, she is always running late for school. She is friendly to everyone and doesn't have any enemies (except for Negamonsters). She is a beatiful Sailor Scout. Mina has an open-minded personality.
