Synopsis:
Starving artist Bob Graham impulsively marries blue-blooded Julie Stoddard. When Bob's painting catches on with the society set his new found wealth and fame go to his head and he loses the free-spirited, non-conformist outlook that Julie loved him for. To complicate matters, mercenary snob Lily Chalmers takes an unsolicited interest in Bob and his career. Will Bob find his way out of the money trap and back into Julie's arms? Entertaining comedy/drama has both Montgomery and Russell delivering good performances with plenty of help from Robert Benchley as the Grahams' dipsomaniacal best friend.
