Sailor Uranus is one of the more popular of the Sailors in general, and she is right up there Neptune as the most popular of the Outer senshi.

Tenoh Haruka is quite stubborn and willful. She is strong and independent. She is quite beautiful, although a slight practical joker. (She takes great pleasure in the idea that women think she is a guy.) Add to this the fact that she likes fast cars, drives a motorcycle

Despite this, Haruka is also quite smart, and she is an accomplished piano player.

Haruka is for the most part, a quiet person. Her voice, even when she is yelling, is quite quiet.

A bit more will be said about Haruka's relationship with Michiru in a bit. For now, suffice it to say that they are partners, in both their civilian forms and in their Sailor alter-egos.

As Sailor Uranus, Haruka's playfulness is replaced by a stern, business-like approach. Sailor Uranus takes the lead and often orders Sailor Neptune around. While this might seem harsh, in reality, Sailor Uranus would lay her life on the line if it would protect Sailor Uranus. (And the reverse is true as well...)

In the anime, Sailor Uranus, along with Sailor Neptune are tasked with finding a talisman called the Holy Grail. The talisman can only be found within a "pure heart." The unfortunate side effect is of course that if the talisman is removed, the person carrying it will die.

Despite this, the duo go about finding the talisman, while making sure that no one interferes, including the Inner Sailors.

Sailor Uranus has an arsenal of attacks, ranging from the directed force of the "Space Sword Blaster" attack to the area effect havok of her "World Shaking" attack.
