Okay! I decided to make a list of quests that can be found outside towns and cities. It is not provided in the official website so I decided to make one. Go to the official website if you want to see quests that can be done in towns and cities. Well here it is, I haven't explored everything if I have missed any quests in this area and would like to contribute a new area/map it would be much greatly accepted!

Puppet Hill

Animal Cure quest:
Talk to Toast the dog and he'll ask you to get a cure for them. Talk to healer Nore[he's in the hospital of Ilium]. He'll ask you to go to Hilda in Redhood. Talk to Hilda and she'll ask you to get 10 peppermints for her. Give it to her and she'll ask you to wait one day until she finishes the cure. Go back to Puppet Hill and talk to the Toast the dog and he'll thank you for the cure. He tells you that there is a sealed gate north east of puppet hill. But only Hermit Will[ house northwest of Smiling forest] can remove the barrier. Talk to him and he'll ask you to get something at Rosen Lake. Report back to Hermit Will and he'll help you.
