Nov Term 1806 (NOTE: OTHER SPELLINGS = UMFLEET, UMPHLEET) August the 10th Day 1804 Job Humfleet being weeke in body but of Perfect minde and memory, thanks be to God for the Same, and caling to mind the mortallity of my Body and knowing that it is apointed for all men once to die, do make and ordaine this to be my Last Will and Testament First of all I give and Bequeth to my Eldest Son, BENJAMIN HUMFLEET, one half of my Working Tools also I give to my Son, JAMES HUMFLEET, the Remainder Parte of my Tools and the Plantation Whereon I now Live also I give to Daughter, NANCY ROOKS, one Sow and Pigs also I-give to my Daughter, JUDATH BASS, one feather Bed and one Cow also I give to my to youngest Daughters, ANNIS and MARY HUMFLEET, the Remainder Part of my Estate, Which is not Writen in this will to be Equelly Devided Betwixt them after Debt is Paid also I make and ordaine BENJAMIN and JAMES HUMFLEET my only and Sole Executors of this my Last Will and Testament in Witness my hand and Seal the Day and year above Writen ~~~ Job Humfleet Writen in the Presents of us John x Fulghum Zelphe x Fulghum Both Exors.
