Before coming to the University of Cincinnati, he taught both undergraduate and graduate courses in mathematics education at The Ohio State University. Prior to going to The Ohio State University, Dr. Sasser was promoted to Associate Professor and awarded tenure at Marshall University where he was a professor of Mathematics, Computer Science, and Mathematics Education.
