Agreeable to an Order of the County Clerk of Jessamine County, to us directed, we have this day taken into consideration the vouchers and papers produced to us by James Baxter, security for Ambrose Cobb, Administrator of Vintner Cobb, deceased, are of the opinion that the legatees of said Vintner have reserved their proportions of the said James Baxter, except L2.2.6, which appears to be due to Ambrose Cobb and the rent of the plantation for the years 1810 and 1811.
