. . . by taking a note
and that was delivered to me against Ambrose Cobb,
by John Cobb, Ambrose Cobb has had but L6.19.6 sec
per note, which makes L1.2.6 due to said Ambrose
to bec equal shares with the rest. . .
Agreeable to an Order of the County Clerk
of Jessamine County, to us directed,
we have this day taken into consideration
the vouchers and papers produced to us
by James Baxter, security for Ambrose Cobb,
Administrator of Vintner Cobb, deceased,
are of the opinion that the legatees of said
Vintner have reserved their proportions of the said
James Baxter, except L2.2.6,
which appears to be due to Ambrose Cobb and
the rent of the plantation for the years 1810 and 1811.
Given under my hand this 22 February 1814.
