James Bryan Kinman, 67, of Carrollton, died Friday, April 14, 2000, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville. He was born on Sept 22, 1932, in Switzerland County, Indiana, the son of Bryan & Mildred (Dunn) Kinman. He was a retired welder from Williamson Heating Co., Madison, IN, where he had worked for 29 years. He was a member of Monterey Baptist Church, Monterey. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Donald Lee and Bernard. Survivors include his wife, Joan Cobb Kinman; a son, Mike Kinman of Madison, Ind.; a step-daughter, Earleen Bickers of Carrollton; a brother, Chas. Wm. Kinman of Carrollton; three sisters, Loretta Wilker of Sarasota, Fla., Lorene (Reanie) Jackson of Baltimore, and Georgia Bell Frazier of Carrollton; a half-sister, Wanda Brown of Worthville; and one grandson. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home, Carrollton, with visitation from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be in Carrollton IOOF Cemetery. |
