My desktop enhancements are FREE for you to download and enjoy, but by downloading them, YOU AGREE not to alter them, redistribute them in any form (either as separate elements or as a whole), or use them for commercial purposes. Some of my theme elements are used with permission from various sources and some are my own, so you may NOT copy, upload or reuse ANY PORTION of them in any way without my written permission.

In addition, by downloading my enhancements you also agree to adhere to the Theme Authors User Agreement rules regarding use of downloaded files and preservation of integrity of authorship:

1. Files are for personal and private use only.
2. Files are not to be distributed without permission.
3. Files are not to be added to any online collection without permission.
4. Files are not to be redistributed via email, CD or any other media form for profit, or otherwise.
5. Files are not to be repackaged and distributed in any form other than as done so by the original author.
6. Files are not to be altered, tampered with, stripped or redistributed either singly, in part or in whole.
7. Readme files are to be left intact at all times, even when specific permission may have been received to redistribute.
8. Authors are to be contacted personally regarding any use of their work beyond its specified and intended purpose.
