The Rocket Trust
The Rocket Trust was established in 2000 to support
the work of CSKS, a Street Children's Programme in
Dhaka, Bangladesh.
The Trust is named after the great paddle steamer
which is the main form of transport between Khulna
and Dhaka in Bangladesh.
Most of the thousands of children who have left their
villages and towns in the hope of finding a better life
in the city come to Dhaka on the Rocket paddle
steamer.
