Mitch: Have a seat Isaiah. (looks over to Phil)
Phil: Sometimes the path we seek can be a misguided one. It cloaks itself
with good intentions but in reality, attempts to lead us astray from path of
enlightment.
JR: Uh huh.
Phil: You have traveled down the wrong road. Look deep within yourself and
let your conscience be your guide.
JR: Uh, you know a shortcut to Staples? I thought I knew the fastest route.
Phil: Do not look upon this as a setback but as an extended detour in your
journey to discover the true meaning of life and one's role in it.
JR: Huh?
Phil: The journey is long and arduous. Your emotional stability will be
tested. You must learn to control your emotions or your emotions will
consume you. Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to....
JR: Coach, you watching too many Star Wars movies? What is this about?
Phil: It is about one's existence and the harmony he finds within himself.
Mitch: (looks at watch) Phil, we have practice in 10 minutes.
Phil: Patience is a virtue not to be squandered or wasted. It is a valuable
tool to be used against...
Mitch: Phil, this is not about me, this is about Isaiah.
Phil: Right. I'll reach out to your soul in a minute. Where was I?
Mitch: You were quoting lines from Yoda or something.
Phil: Right. JR, the path you seek lies elsewhere.
JR: Where? You mean other than the 110 Freeway? Damn it coach, give me the
proper directions to Staples! I promise I won't be late again!
Mitch: (sighs) Isaiah, because of your recent behavior and constant
tardiness, I'm afraid we're going to have to waive you.
JR: What? No, please! Don't cut me! Put me on the injured reserve instead!
Phil: The proper path lies before you JR. Do not delay, take it before it
closes.
JR: Please, give me another chance!
Mitch: Uh, Phil. Maybe Isaiah will find errr uh harmony on the IR.
Phil: Right. If this is the path you choose, do not allow any distractions
or temptations to lead you off of it. You must discover whether this is your
true calling. This you must decide for yourself.
JR: Thank you coach! I won't let you down!
Phil: Mitch, are you ready to focus your thoughts, to reach out to......
Mitch: Uh....I have a meeting with Mr. Buss. We'll have to do this some
