Hes trying to dry the bottom of the bike.

And this next to a golf club , disgusting behaviour.

The world of bike's has fortunately, slowly but surely encroached on my life.  I am more of a car lover than anything but I have slowly found myself wanting to learn to ride.  I have ridden 100 cc Hondas and Suzuki's as well as 250 cc Enfield motorcycles and scooters whilst staying in India for holidays.  In England I tried to ride a Honda CBR 900R which my girlfriend at the time owned which to be honest was not the most enjoyable experience in the world due to lack of balls.  Recently we were talking about Mannies Ducati and he was saying how much this V twin bike had in the way of torque.  The reason we ended up having this discussion was because Mannie was trying to talk me out of getting him to give me a pillion ride.  After a week and a half of me doing my best impersonation of a woman and bitching constantly about me getting a ride Mannie finally relented after telling me that due to my weight we would not be able to go that fast.  The main killer on this bike is the incredible amounts of torque it produces the bike when trying to move off kept trying to buck me off.

Bloody clutch hand keeps slipping.

Unfortunately the Ducati is literally a race bike someone decided to put on the road with not much thought to comfort.  Most Japanese bikes are mass produced and aimed to accommodate pillion passengers and are made for the masses.  The Ducati is a thoroughbred race bike that had some indicators put on so it was road legal.  As Manuel thought he would not be carrying many passengers he removed the rear pegs.  This did not stop me begging fo a ride, it took Mannie several attempts to move off from a stand still.  I at this pint decided to hold on using the fairing as there was no grab handle and subsequently almost came off the back off the bike.

There goes that wheel again.

I am happy now that Mark (bloke with the Aprillia rs250) insisted I wear his helmet which I was not originally going to wear all I suffered was cut fingers.  I then re-avaluated the situation and decided to hold on to the petrol tank.  I just leaned all the way forward and grabbed the petrol tank by the handlebars.  Mannie took the bike up to 50 mph and then gave up.  The bike just wanted to throw me off even though Mannie was slipping the clutch.

Mannie does however have some psychological issues that I believe he should discuss with a qualified psychologist.  The first problem if you look at these pictures is that he keeps taking the front wheel off the ground for a laugh , ether that or he wanted a photo of the underneath of his bike.
