| V.C.S. was established in 1993 and continues to grow as the years go on. We are staffed with 10 in-house reps that travel to all parts of Virginia every day to perform property preservation for several firms. This insures that we always have the answers to any question or status on any property on the first call. |
| We operate 5 (94-01) Dodge Ram pickups that are all equipped with laptop computers for quick condition reports and last min. workorders that come in during the day so that we can dispatch them out the same day to a driver in the area. Each truck is also equiped with a 16 hp DR Field & Brush mowers for those tall grass cuts. This allows us to keeps our bids lower then most as it only takes 1/3 the time to cut. |
| Our turnaround time is good as well each workorder is serviced in 1-2 days. Most servicing companies only service in this timeframe if its a RUSH order , meaning $$$ to get this turnaround time. However each workorder at V.C.S. is handled as a RUSH without the cost. |
| We are fully insured and licensed , we carry our insurance through The Hartford Insurance Co. and have a 1 million dollar policy with errors & omissions. We are proud to say that we never had a claim filed. |

| We offer all forms of property preservation work from evictions to the simple lock change . Their is no service in the realm of " Property Preservation" that we dont offer. We even offer rehab work. |
