Secret rocket base Peenemünde

Here you'll find photo's of the secret rocket base at Peenemünde, which is situated near Rügen!
First it was in use by the Nazi's and later by the Russians.
Today it is an open air museum with several aircraft and the very fast, Russian build, East German E-Boat/rocket launcher "Tarantel".
The Tarantel has a maximum speed of 89 kilometres per hour.
