Luna
Luna is a 1.5 year old TMT female who weighs 9lbs. Luna suffered from a bad leg break in March 2004 that was not treated and has healed on its own leaving her leg somewhat deformed looking. This doesn’t slow her down at all and she doesn’t seem to have any pain. She still jumps, scratches at doors, plays with toys without any problems. The vet says she might have some problems with arthritis later on in her life. Luna is working on her housebreaking and starting to quiet down while crated. She is super sweet with her foster mom and enjoys being a lap dog. Luna does take a while to warm up to new people. Luna seems to get along well with small dogs. We don’t know how she is with cats or children.
Luna is UTD on all her shots and HW negative. Before she is adopted, Luna will be spayed and have her teeth cleaned. Luna is being fostered in Detroit, Michigan.
If you are interested in adopting Luna, please fill out an application at AMTC Rescue and email it to Bev.
