Grab
Bag 1
By
now you should have an idea of the size of
PSP and all of the things that are
available to you. If you aren't sure
of anything in PSP and you haven't
already, take a look at this
tutorial for an overview of everything
that is available in the programme.
We're
going to be having a bit of fun with this
tutorial. Maybe "tutorial"
is the wrong word... we're going to be
having a bit of fun and refreshing our
memories about what we've learnt in the
tutorials so far. With this one,
just let your imagination take
control. I'm not going to be telling
you how to do anything... just allow
yourself to go with the flow.
Do
whatever you want with these images -
frame them, warp them, add borders -
whatever you like! :o)

You
will need:
A
copy of PaintShop Pro - you can download
a 30 day trial version from here
A
copy of Winzip - you can download it
from here
This
zip
file (the tubes should be compatible with PSP versions 5,
6 and 7). Unzip it to somewhere on
your hard drive

There's
a small selection of .gif's, .jpg's and .psp
files in this zip file. We're going
to be playing around with the various
things that are in there and letting our
creativity flow.
Without
looking back at the previous tutorials,
see what you can make with the things I've
included in this zip file... don't worry
if you can't remember something, just go
back and have a look - the most important
thing with this one is to give your memory
a bit of a refresher course and try and
combine a few of the things you've learnt
so far.
Working
with PSP is supposed to be fun and in the
early stages when you're trying to learn
everything all at once it can get very
frustrating and you start to think about
giving up. Use the things in the zip
file to help to remind yourself how far
you've come and how much you've already
learnt... allow yourself to have a bit of
fun! :o)
Now
for the legal bit :o(
As
far as I know, everything that is in the
zip file is in the public domain and is
copyright and royalty free. If you
know otherwise please let me know and I
will be only too happy to take it out.
The
various things I have zipped up I have
either tubed/made myself or they have come
from websites that don't require a link
back and don't mind their tubes being used
like this. Again, if you know
differently, please let me know and I'll
be only too happy to take it out.
Please
*DO NOT* just take this zip file and pass
it through a mailing list or group without
my permission - I've taken the time and
trouble to put this zip file together...
please don't just steal my work. I'm
trusting you not to steal my work (ie this
zip file) and pass it through groups... if
I find out this is what you've done, you
*and your group* will end up on my Wall
Of Shame
