About Me So, you want to know about me? Well, not much to tell, however saying that i'l probably go on and on about really irrelevant stuff! Well, 1st of all I'm a student studing in Pakistan! I'm a big anime and manga fan, if you haven't already noticed from looking at my website! I also love playing games, anything from Gameboy to Dreamcast by i'm not ½ as obsessed with games as i am with anime and manga! I'm more interested in shonen anime and manga rather than shojo, so i go for action and sci-fi rather than fantasyand romance!   How i got into anime The first anime i saw was Pokemon and i was obsessed with it, i collected pokemon merchandise, then one of my friends bought me some stickers, they thought it was pokemon but it was actually Sailor Moon. So i had heard of Sailor Moon and started watching it and became started loving it, but then i slowly started to dislike it and now i  hate it! It was when i was surfing the net for Sailor Moon i learnt what anime and manga was! Once i started hating Sailor Moon i started to collect Pokemon manga i came accross Ranma ½ and decided to read it! I found it hillarious and have been reading Ranma ½ for over 2 now! I learnt most about anime series when reading Ranma ½ and learnt what OAVs were, the difference between shonen and shojo  etc! Then i heard about Escaflowne and started watching it, i found the first 8 episodes excellent but then it got soooooooo boring! It became all romantic and unbelievable! But while i loved Escaflowne i went to www.escaflowne.com and there was a link to gundamwing.com! So i went there and checked the site out and the anime looked amazing and the first i had ever seen which actually included an Arabic guy! I never thought it would come out on TV and so i checked and there it was! So, upto this day i still love Ranma ½ and Gundam Wing, they're my favourites! My recent manga obsessions is Detective Conan, i found it while surfing the net. I bought some of the manga but it's in japanese and since it's the special version i can't find the text translation! -_- I also somehow got my hands on Detective Conan anime even though it's not in english yet. I've seen some of the Ranma ½ anime, like the 2nd movie, but not much, i have to say the manga beats the anime anyday! The thing about the anime that really annoyed me was Ran-Chan's voice, it ha dtoo much of an american accent, it just doesn't seem right when i watch it and really gets on my nerves, i prefer watching it in japanese with english subtitles. But i thought that Ryoga's voice actor suited the character really well. And i also really liked Sara Strange's acting for Ranma-Kun! As for Gundam Wing, i love the voice actors there! My favourite voice actors are Brad Swaille (Quatre) and (Dorothy), though they're all good. I'm going to put up a Voice actors section ..... eventually! I've collected all of Episode Zero so far, because itw as my favourite series, i'm still missing a couple of issues from Blind Target and Ground Zero! Anime apart from my favourites that i've already listed are Weiß Kreuz, Samurai X and Bubblegum Crisis. I REALLY want to see Rurouni Kenshin! Manga i like apart from the ones already listed are Love Hina, Ursei Yatsura, One pound Gospel, Weiß Kreuz, Fushigi Yuugi, Marrionette (that how you spell it?) Generation, My favourite manga artist is Rumiko Takahashi!!! Another anime i enjoy watching is Dragonball Z, it's funny cause during my pokemon stage i HATED it with a passion but recently i started watching it and i really like it. My favourite characters are Krillin, Android 18, Gohan and Goku! So that's the VERY LONG story about how i got into anime and manga! Favourite Anime/Manga Characters Ranma ½ - Ranma, Ryoga & Ukyo! Gundam Wing - Quatre and then Heero, Trowa, Duo, Relena & Dorothy all at once. Detective Conan - Shinichi, Kazuha & Ai! Dragonball Z - Krillin,  Android 18, Gohan & Goku! Love Hina - Keitaro Fushigi Yuugi - Chichiri & Tasuki (that how you spell it?) Weiß Kreuz - Omi & Ken! Pokemon - Ash & Team Rocket Favourite Games My favourite games are Final Fantasy VIII and Shenmue 1 & 2! I loved the old versions of Street Fighter and Mortal Combat which were on the super nintendo! Pokemon on gameboy was a lot of fun too! Crazy Taxi on Dreamcast, haha, that's fun too! Favourite Movies I don't really like romantic movies, i hated titanic, hence i hate most indian movies i see! My favourite English non-animated movies are Rush Hour, Shanghai Noon, Sixth Sense, Anna & The King, Drop Dead Gorgeous, The Mummy & Back to the Future! I kinda like old classics too, i especially LOVED my fair lady, Dr Zhivago was really good. My favourite Anime movies; Endless Waltz, Pokemon 1,2 and 3 and Ranma ½ ~ Nihao my concubines & finally Detective Conan - The Time Bombed Skyscraper. The next anime movie i'll get is gonna be Rurouni Kenshin; Legend of Kyoto (that a movie? Sure looked like it from the trailer!) Personality I don't know much about my own personality, you'd have to ask someone i know well. I once took a personality quiz in class and it said i was bossy and had leadership qualities and was really loud. It was quite insulting actually!
