When you are happy, the mind expands; then time appears to short . when you are unhappy,
the minds contracts ;then the time appears too long. When the mind has equanimity, you transcend
time before you fall into slumber And sleep, in the moments of twilight of consciousness,
experience this timelessness beyond mind !

React less respond more. As you learn to tell your mind what to do, old ways of thinking and doing will change.

When you observe your own mind you are observing the so-called upper levels of the mind but
also watching yhe unconsciousness; you are seeing what the mind actually does…That is the
only way you can investigate.

The understanding like the eye, whilst it makes us to see and perceives all things,
takes no notice of itself; and it requires art and pains to set it at the distance and make it its own subject.

|
|
We should take care not to make the intellect our god;
it has of course, powerful muscles, but no personality.
|
|
|
The grand thing about the human mind is that it can turn its own table's
and see the meaningless as the ultimate Meaning.

|
Men are not the prisoners of fate, but the prisoners of their own minds.
